Camp host had garbage bags in restrooms and soap was always filled.

Nice large campsite. Restrooms were clean. Fair amount of road noise.

While the campsite we reserved was good, the area for the tent was right next to the neighboring campsite. The vault toilets weren't kept that clean the entire time we were there. There was no sign of a camp host, which I think if there had been, they would have enforced the quite time. The place was loud from other campers running generators, partying, laughing, and listening to loud music past midnight every night we were there. It was pretty obvious there was a large group that reserved multiple spots next to and across from each other as they kept walking back and forth partying. Again, no sign of the camp host the entire time we were there. The gate locking at 10pm we can't confirm, we made sure we were in the campground before then since we didn't want to chance it. Our campsite was a ways from the entrance, but you could hear the cars driving down the road. The traffic seemed to be pretty constant all through the night as well.

Easily fit 4 two-person tents. This campground wasnt close to others. We had 6 people and 2 dogs and fit very comfortably. Causey reservoir is very close! Will definitely be back

Dirty socks by the table. Underpants hanging in the tree. Bring your own toilet paper cuz theirs was see through. There used to be soap to wash your hands outside the outhouse. Not now. South Fork is beautiful. The restnot so much.

Campsite was clean and well maintained. Bathrooms were well attended and in great working order. The camp host was friendly and seemed to be out-and-about the campground regularly. We've stayed here on multiple occasions and this continues to be a great campground.

Large campsite with some trees and easy access to the river, which was good and bad. It was lovely to listen to and go put my feet in, but ALL DAY LONG people came traipsing through our site. Entire families taking tubes down to the river through our site. Some people apologized, but kept on going. Most just ignored us and walked right through. That was more than a little irritating. We noticed the people in the site next to ours put orange cones up so people couldn't access the river from their site. Besides that, you hear road noise, but the people in the campground were quiet. The camp host was nice, the bathrooms were clean, but our site hadn't been cleaned before we got there.

We camp here every year and love it. Plenty of trees/shade, great river running through it, close to the reservoir and clean/safe.

Easy to get to NPS campground. Campsites are well spaced from each other. Access to the river from the campground if desired. Bathrooms were not the cleanest/freshest, but at least they are there.

Size of camp spots should be verified, seems small. Camp host was awesome!

First time at that site, great access to the river. Went during the week, very quiet, no cell phone service, just drive down the road a few miles and you can get service. Bring a hummingbird feeder and you'll have hours of enjoyment watching them.

This was a great site! Lots of space, and being up against the mountain made it feel more private. The site next to it is 25, and it would be a good one to book with this one if you have a bigger group (site 30 is not close, so dont be fooled by the numbering). It has a nice area with a few trees between the two sites, and a fun area to explore on the other side that is not near any sites. Across the road and down 50 yards or so is the river access. It was perfect for littles, and my kids loved it!

I stayed at South Fork on Mondays in August. Except for the first night the neighboring campers were quiet. The sites were very clean except for one place where someone had dumped a pile of briquets and they weren't cleaned up. They may have put them there after the host cleaned the camp.
@HalleyFDC6EABA · Camped on Aug 18, 2023 at Campsite #6
The host did not properly check in on the sites the first night we stayed. One site near us stayed up well past the time for "Quiet Hours" with their loud music and talking while the other sites near us (4+) were trying to sleep. Other than that, it was an awesome experience. Stay in Loop B, it's less noisy and less crowded than Loop A.
@MonicaG2409238 · Camped on Aug 12, 2023 at Campsite #44
We had spot 44 loop B and it was so nice! It was shaded and plenty of room! The host is such a kind man and we are glad we came!! We'll definitely be back!

Campsite was clean and convenient to the Ogden river and Causey reservoir.
@CherylHD4E43CD · Camped on Jul 23, 2023 at Campsite #14
Chose this location because it was close to Causey Reservoir. Nice campground and would probably go there again.

Camp sites were dirty and fire pits were full of ashes.
@AshleyJ9234907 · Camped on Jun 25, 2023 at Campsite #36
One of the more secluded spots. Says it would our 40 trailer and we barely squeezed in.
@AdamD8701821 · Camped on Jun 22, 2023 at Campsite #32
Good spacing between sites. Pretty well maintained. Only downside was the very loud group across the river in a private campground. Not much camp hosts can do about that kind of thing though. Campsite 32 was a little smaller than expected, but we were able to squeeze an 8-person tent in.
@JulieC9513135 · Camped on Jun 15, 2023 at Campsite #13D
I loved the long driveway to my site. I enjoyed that hand soap was refilled by the campout at the bathrooms. Having the dogs with us at camp was great.
@RichardG179702 · Camped on Jun 12, 2023 at Campsite #2
We had a very nice site. The camp host was very pleasant. Only thing is that we have a 31' 5th wheel, and it was VERY tight getting my trailer and truck in the site. Other than that, a very nice stay.
@PatriciaL40327 · Camped on Jun 10, 2023 at Campsite #7
Great location and well kept ground. Def pink loop A instead of loop B for tent camping.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
