I like it but the only bad thing was they didn't exterminate before we went it was a lot of animals (wasps, black widow, spiders ,scorpions) we had to exterminate 3 times. Restroom were not clean.

The area we camped in 17-25 was messed up.The tables were on the wrong side of site, the water was primarily located by the road and the electric at rear of site pad.Our neighbors set up camp at their table which was just outside of our door to the camper.We will not be going back.

Awesome little park! Front entrance attendants were so sweet, sites were well laid out, and bluebonnets were everywhere! Bathrooms could've been better, but won't stop me from returning.

Very nice park with friendly staff. Its definitely not one of those parks that try to cram in as many sites as possible. Sites were spaced far enough apart to give you that peaceful feeling without lots of noise from nearby campers. Didnt use the bathrooms so cant comment on that. My only suggestion.. they need to repave the sites. Broken asphalt all around ours. All in all, we loved the park and will go back.

The park was beautiful! The place was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was right before the eclipse and we decided to stay another night, so we did have to move to a different site, which is why we have 2 reviews for the same park! We will be back!

The gate attendant was super nice. The weather was great but the ants were the worst I have ever seen there.

We reserved space 4 not knowing that the space is VERY unlevel. We had a LONG hard time leveling our camper satisfactorily. We spoke with another camper that said he had the same experience in space 4. We do not recommend reserving that space.

We like this park as it's clean and taken care of but was a little disappointed in this site. We had better sites on previous trips. First off the site looked closer to the water when booking online. When we arrived we found our water hookup was very far away from our trailer. Even though we had 50 foot of hose to connect it still wasn't enough. We had to go to town and buy more hose for us to hook up. The picnic table was on the opposite side of our trailer door. Wish it had all been noted on the web site before we booked. I also booked this particular site since it was across from the bathroom/showers only to find when we got there it was closed. Again should have been noted on the site.

Site had great shade trees! It was easy to back into and close to the water! The park was clean and the hosts are awesome!

Nice quiet park! Was a little crowded on weekend. We did not have our privacy at that time. Grass was very long. Enjoyed the wildlife and had plenty of places to walk.

Beautiful and hardly anyone else around. Well maintained and plenty of room for more!

Wolf Creek is a beautiful park. We loved our visit. Site 43 has perfect view of the lake. Wish it had a designated swim area. The grass needed mowing!!!
@PatriciaB22981 · Camped on Aug 25, 2022 at Campsite #12
Beautiful & Quiet, especially for a holiday. We really enjoyed our stay except for the ants. We were able to get them under control by the 2nd day but they are definitely plentiful

The site was very clean, and mowed. We were at camp site 44 need to bring extra blocks for the RV the pad is sloped, but not that bad was able to set up fine. Haven’t been to wolf creek in 10-12 years allot of upgrades in the park. Had a great time, and the website was easy to setup and move dates.

Friendly, helpful staff. Quite nights. Could use some maintenance and mowing, but overall it was a good weekend.

Wolf creek is my favorite place to camp. Plenty of space between sites. A lot of shore line for bank fishing. I love watching the herd of deer that habitat there. It’s a great place to spend time with your family and make memories.
@KennethP699928 · Camped on May 4, 2022 at Campsite #48
Wolf Creek is a great Corps of engineer park with lots of good spots to camp and great fishing access lots of trails usually not too crowded. It is one of our favorite places to go in the spring and seems to be at least for us more of an older crowd when were there and it's not a holiday. As a huge Pavilion lots of deer squirrels Birds to watch and has pretty friendly folks running the place. I would definitely recommend wolfcreek to anyone.
@MatthewT486519 · Camped on Apr 21, 2022 at Campsite #75
I'd give 5 stars, but no full hook-ups. I like the space between the sites. Bring whatever you need, because stores/fuel is a little drive away. The wind off the lake can be very strong.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
