We LOVE the park. We bring the boat and RV at least once a month. Friendly staff. The only complaints are that there is no light at all at the boat ramp at night.. it's porch black. It's been like that over a year. Can we get one put up? Also the faucet at the dump station closest to the marina hasn't worked in 3 months. Other than that, 4 stars

Nice park, large and sites are pretty well spaced. Three sections, one in deep forest and one on the banks of the lake and one on a finger which is mostly for small rigs and close to the bait store. We stayed at the look near the banks so that we could swim right behind our 5th wheel. Little shade (but some) lots of grass area and good 50 amp so A/C was used a lot (we were here in August). There is a swim area but it was being repaired because of the recent storms and flooding it was mostly dirt, a couple of young boys were playing in the mud and having a great time. Small play set near this swim area. Good bike riding areas as the park is large, rangers are friendly. Good water pressure, We enjoyed ourselves here and would come back. Husband fished and we enjoyed getting into the lake for a cool off. Our only complaint is a lack of mowing!! Grass is long which makes it really hard to pick up dog poo (can't find it) but that's really the only major complaint.

excellent family camping, gate keepers are so friendly, Park Rangers make regular rounds and are also very friendly, grounds are well taken care of and have NEVER had an issue there. If you need supplies there is a new dollar general market about 4 miles down the road and Hubbard is only about 8 miles away I believe.

Nice and quiet most of the trip then on Friday site 2 had five cars, about 10 people or more and they did get a little loud during the day and also had music playing. We were in site 8 across from them.

Terrific location and nice bathrooms! Unfortunately our stay was tainted down by some inconsiderate and downright evil folks driving a white Ford F150 who stole our leveling blocks from our site. We left them in place to make our return easier when we departed for a short period to get some dinner. We came back and they were gone. Nearby campers said they saw this F150 drive to our site shortly after we departed and take them. They unfortunately thought that these guys were with us and we were simply moving locations. So now we are short matching blocks making leveling a bit more challenging. We did report this, but of course not much can be done.

This is a beautiful park!!! The sites are huge and well spaced. The reason I put it at a 4. The gate entry. The staff were not there when we arrived and when they finally came from their rv they had little to no customer service and they did not provide a map. The sheer lack of directional signage. Wed never visited and assumed there would be signs telling us where to go. Nope. Not one. The pads on the sites were awful. We literally used every block we had plus borrowed some from family just to get almost level!!!! The pad was so broken down. That being said.. it beautiful and quiet. Wed read about the ants so we were prepared for it. It was a great trip save the sore pad.

Great park. Nice scenery and roads. We were there for the Eclipse and had a nice view. Had a full hook up site. Very level. Will return again.

Very nice and quiet campground! Loved our visit, we will be back. While fishing we caught 4 varieties of fish off bait from the marina. Wildflower were very pretty and fragrant. Lake was relatively quiet to boat traffic

Navarro Mills Lake was our first experience at a Corps of Engineers facility and it exceeded our expectations. Wed gladly return and stay again.

The marina area was run down, and the restroom needed to be condemned. Same for the campground in the marina area. Other areas were in better condition. There is a lot of nighttime light pollution. Ants were not a problem as described before we registered. The camping area was good, quiet at night and birding was not bad. The Marina store is shabby and needs to be cleaned up of junk and trash. We camped there for a week and traveled to the other end of the campground to use the restroom/shower facilities.
@GregS1457823 · Camped on Apr 1, 2024 at Campsite #70
The campground was lovely with blooming wildflowers. The grassy areas throughout needed to to mowed, with some areas over 12" tall. Facilities are in need of an update. Power and hookups were good. Site 70 was dead-level with virtually no adjustment needed

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
