A very well kept campground and everything you need. Clean, outdoorsy, and safe for families

We had a wonderful stay. The restrooms were clean and there were two showers in the back of the restroom. We walked the lost spring trail and it was fun. Safe place to camp with children.

Very nice campground. Some sites are very close to each other so I recommend checking out the site. Our first time going and I will definitely pick a different site next time. Nice shower house's and two boat ramps. Very friendly staff.

We stayed a long weekend at Floating Mill for our anniversary in October. We were in site 12 and had nice views of the lake in different directions. We very much enjoyed our visit. The sites are very close - some on top of each other, which can be a challenge with dogs or if you have to back in with your front door on the opposite side of the lake. Also, the campground loop can be a bit tricky if you're in a large RV or trailer. We got very lucky with our site but made notes while we were there of the good sites for future reference. Definitely will go back with the boat in the summer. Staff was very nice. They do not sell wood there at the campground so you have to buy it at the gas station at the Silver Point exit. Try The Rose Garden restaurant while you're there - great meat and three and great pies.

Beautiful campground though the sites are too close and the sounds of neighboring dogs can be a bit much at times. Everyone is friendly and the hosts are awesome, but the barking dogs are the reason my review isnt as good as it could be.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Site was clean. Bathrooms were adequate: clean but in need of some repair. Our campsite was very tight but nice and level. Overall, I would recommend this campground.

We had a pull through site. It was pretty level. The approach to the campsites is steep and the campsites are closely packed. The camp hosts were very gracious. It's a good campground and I would stay there again.

We loved our site , #30! It is an awesome site and we do plan on returning! Hopefully next time the neighbors turn off their big outside lights. It was like a spot light on us.

Very beautiful place. The sites are extremely close together and very small but thats the only negative that I experienced. Everyone was very nice and the campground was clean and beautiful

It is a beautiful location next to Center Hill Lake, however, the last two times I stayed here I have fallen or slipped down the stairs. Both sets of stairs! I feel like it could be an easy fix to have handrails at both sets that are the entire length of the stairs.

We were in "R" section which is across the dam along the spillway. Signage needs improved for directions to this location. We WERE DIRECTED to CROSS the dam and turn left...ITS SAYS ONE WAY BUT GO THAT WAY ANYWAY. It's a ONE LANE ROAD!! Later we witnessed locals FLYING down around the hairpin turn on this narrow road. Becareful.

The bath houses are plum pitiful.They are nasty need several repairs and have mold growing on the walls. It is obvious no one uses any kind of cleaner or beach product.

We have been coming here for years! I can for sure say this trip was the best experience we have had. No kids banging rocks until 1am, no dogs running wild like in the past.

Queit and pretty environment. Deers or moose walked by in the morning. I liked the organized and fenced garbage area. My full hook up RV site was somewhat difficult to get out. We had to plan and practice ahead. If there were other RVs near, it would be super challenging because we used other sites to get out.

We stayed overnight. Convenient to I40. We would definitely stay again. The gate attendant volunteer was very friendly!

A busy campground for boaters with tight spaces, fire rings nearly touching in places. The "beach" is a concrete ramp. Meh.The prime lakeside spots are in high demand. Unfortunately, campers can reserve a prime spot and then NEVER SHOW. Came in on a Sunday and left the following Friday, the folks across from us were never seen. The rig's super bright LED strips on the front of the camper were on 24x7, illuminating the entire area. I asked one of the volunteer staff on Tuesday about what I could do to get the lights turned off, especially since they were just for show. He suggested "duct tape" and said the actual staff wouldn't be back until Thursday. He didn't offer any contact information.It's unfair, just because you have the cash, to keep others from enjoying what would have been an unused space for FIVE days. I hope CoE addresses this issue.There is no direct walking path to the bathhouse and it's difficult to navigate in the dark, there should be a walkway through the picnicking areas. Two showers in the men's bathhouse, the handicap-accessible stall had a broken holder for the shower head/hose, making it nearly impossible to use without dousing everything with water. Not fixed the 5 days we were there.Returning to camp on Friday, we were behind a maintenance vehicle that was pulled up to the check-in station, the driver was chatting with the check-in attendant. After about five minutes, it was obvious that they weren't too concerned about the traffic backing up. I finally got out of the truck and the attendant told me they were "discussing a water problem." The outgoing lane was blocked by another staff member on a golf cart so there was no way in. He finally backed out and motioned us in through the exit side. Really? Was it too inconvenient to pull over and clear the entrance for the discussion instead of forcing people to wait without any explanation?Seems like a lot of attitude to me.Bathhouses clean, campsites not so much. Utilities good.

Good option for overnight stay on 2 day travel. Signage from Highway to campground a little lacking. A couple of tight spots on the way but passable.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
