Salt Lick is the only campground we stay at. Lizzy Chambers does an excellent job. She has helped us as well as friends change campsite if our camper and truck does not fit. If we need something if breaker box not working correctly, etc etc. Some things that need to be looked at are picnic table repair or replacement. Can't sit on them without getting splinters or damaged clothing. With all the electrical box replacement, water line replacement and culvert replacement it has become extremely muddy around sites. Roots from the trees are bad too. Gravel would help a bunch.

Beautiful park despite the rain . Need wifi so I can at least text , need to boost the signals at the campground or bath stations.

The accessibility of site with our 32 camper made backing into the site from the road very difficult. Also upon departure the angle of the driveway to the road caused minor damage to my camper

We had a great time, only complaint was poor phone cell service. A signal booster would have been nice through the camp ground.

Campsite #126 needs work. There was not even enough space for the picnic table to be level.

Salt Lick continues to be a wonderful place to come camping. The Corps continues to make improvements, even though those efforts were vandelized by someone . The Corps personnel also came out to trim back branches that were touching our camper's roof top. All in all, we did enjoy relaxing playing games , fishing (too hot to catch anything :-(), boating on the water, and eating out at the local restaurants. Will be back!!

Love Salt Lick Creek. Just wish wish they had a longer camping season. Wish we could camp here all the way I to Mid November and see the colors of the leaves, and all the deer running around! But hands down one of my favorite places to camp

Our very favorite campground. We stayed in a new site and fell in love even more. No cell service which was nice!

Love Salt Lick Creek, the staff are always nice, and friendly. The showers are always hot, they do need a little TLC but for camping they work well. Sites are always well maintained and clean when we arrive. The lake front spots are hands down beautiful, especially with sun rise and sunsets. Just wish they were open into Mid November so we can see the leaves as they change colors

We been coming to salt lick creek for years. We love this camping area. We notice some areas needs some attention. We would love to see new tables on camp site & more sewer hook ups in more spots also good hanging pole for trash bags. We did notice bath house on hill going out .That water was backing up wouldn't drain good after taking a shower . Let's work together to keep this a great camping site. Beautiful spot of property in Jackson County.

great campground. Beautiful beach. Really quiet. People next to us had a really big group and left some trash but other than that a great experience.

Everything is wonderful except the lack of cell service/wifi. If there was an emergency, we would have no way of calling for help.

Site and campground was very clean and maintained. site was perfectly level and a breeze to set the trailer. Fabulous waterfront site with plenty of grass to enjoy. direct access to the water to launch kayaks was great. Swim area was very nice. Only issue was poor cell service.

Site 141 We enjoyed our stay here. The staff is very friendly and courteous. We did have quite a bit of foot traffic on our site as well as the sites closest to us, as people used it as a short cut to the restrooms, even though the sites around us were also occupied. This site was very shady which is lovely in the hot weather. Cell phone reception is very poor. We have Starlink and were able to position it around the trees enough to get a bit of coverage to message the outside world if necessary. We could even stream some TV shows. I wouldn't rely on it if necessary for your employment. We have a 37 ft travel trailer and it was tight trying to maneuver into the site.

Wonderful campground! The only problem would be no cell service.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
