Beautiful area for a group site. Host was very good and checked in to see if we needed anything. We will be back. Would be great if lime or another smell control agent could be put in vault toilets'. they were clean but stinky!!

We had our wedding and rented all 3 sites. The space was perfect and just what we needed. The camp hosts Steve was helpful! We really wanted clear very clear expectations for our event, since it was going to be pretty big. He was so informative and sweet about what was needed, which was exactly what we had requested. I think our experience was the best possible because of Steve! :-) He deserves kudos.

The group campsite was in excellent condition, and the campground host most helpful. The large covered ramada served us well, during rainstorms and hot sun. You don't control the weather, but we really lucked out with not-too-hot and a little bit of afternoon monsoon rains. My group will come back again!!

If you're not rating this a 5-star campground I'm not sure what else you need to have a good time in the mountains 🤷🏽‍♂️ There is so much space for campers, roof-top tents and just tents! Then you add the pavilion (with lights), picnic tables, running water, built-in grill, fire pit, trash can, electrical outlets and a pit toilet 20 steps away...everything you need for an amazing weekend! Tim the camp host was a very cool guy to talk with and was genuinely interested in making sure our site was good. He did politely remind us of some of the rules (like dogs on a leash) but was also equally as firm with enforcing the rules to other loud campers in the west site. Really appreciated him checking on us daily. Our only 'nit' is that the firepit is overly large (circumference wise). Meaning, you have to burn a ton of wood to get a fire going that those along the edge can appreciate and stay warm. We used a Solo Stove instead. Overall, wonderful stay. Very close access to the O'Leary trail (hiking) and other OHV trails. You are up a couple thousand feet compared to Fort Tuthill so be aware of possible micro-climate differences at this location.

The camp host was amazing. Very on top of things. Never had a over filled trash can or a dirty bathroom. My next camping trip will be at this location.

We come every year for a brothers camping trip. We always have great time. The camp host was great and the restrooms were spotless.

The vault restrooms are our only complaints. They really need to be cleaned and sanitized a LOT better. Otherwise it’s WONDERFUL!!!

We stayed here as our last night of a 19 day trip with a large geology class. The campground is yuge! Lots of room for tents, and it has a very big covered area with tables, fire pits etc. All in all a very nice campground. The only complaint that the students had is that the pit toilets were the smelliest most disgusting ones we had to deal with on the trip (we went from Glendale AZ, all the way up to Glacier NP and back).

The location was easy to find and the area is beautiful, but not great for group camping. The parking is very limited, the area to set up tents does not allow much space, and the location of the site allows for voices to travel down and across a gully to an RV Park with sensitive residents. This is a group site with an allowance of 70 people, who would like to TALK to one another, not yell or heavy partying or excessive rambunctiousness; yet we were constantly harassed by the camp hosts and law enforcement to "keep it down". May be a great site if you and 70 of your closest friends would like to knit, crochet, or read to themselves; but stay somewhere else if you would like to use your indoor voices outside and still be chastised about it.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
