Nicely laid out campsite with scenic views just a short walk away. Restrooms are clean and well lighted with hot water.

Great campground with private sites. Facilities are well maintained and campground staff was friendly. Surprisingly had 1 bar of service out there and was able to use my phone as needed, my site had very rocky ground - definitely bring a mallet to hammer tent stakes into the ground!

Site was nice and bear-box was more than large enough, highly recommend this site for a weekend getaway.

We had a wonderful time and absolutelyAppreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the volunteers and Park staff. The one opportunity I do see in the campground is better marking of the trails out of the campground area. Once on the trail, markers were well placed, but getting out of the campground to the trail was poorly marked.

Great campsites but if you ride a motorcycle be very careful when pulling up to the check in station. It is off camber to the right and your kickstand may not extend fully to the left. It is very easy to tip over to the right at this point.

Amazing!

Very nice campground saw lots of wildlife including a Bobcat. The view from the amphitheater is fantastic! The only negative is the $5 shower.

I took a 33 foot long travel trailer here. And as a newer camper myself it wasnt too difficult to get to the campground from nearby roads. There wasnt much signal at the campground but at the lookout 2 miles up the road there was signal. It was the perfect balance of seclusion while you were at your sight, but contact with the outside world wasnt far away either. Amazing views and great proximity to hikes.

Very nice camp ground. RV barely fit on the pavement but it made it. The hikes were great. Laundry facility and showers were very nice. I would come back and stay longer next time.

Even though a storm had come through knocking out power before we arrived we still had a great time. My grandson and I were camping and hiking. Campground was great for us and the waterfalls on the trail were fabulous. We will definitely return

Very nice rangers explaining how to get to campsite, fun hikes, and closest bathrooms. We did have to walk through 2 other sites to get to our walk in site. About a 2 minute walk to the bathroom and water. Bathrooms were very clean. The site was pretty overgrown so we felt closer in at times.
@MarkR9967928 · Camped on Aug 4, 2024 at Campsite #E160
Nice scenery, but the sites lack privacy, and the paid showers at the camp store are absolutely filthy, even after so called cleaning. A real disgrace to the national park service.
@StacyM6713210 · Camped on Aug 2, 2024 at Campsite #C107
Beautiful grounds, very friendly and knowledgeable rangers. The only problem we had was finding a campsite that would hold our 6 person tent on a grassy area. Most of the tent sites seem to be designed for smaller 2-4 person tents and provided only a gravel or hard packed site for the tent.

Loft Mountain is our favorite camp ground in the park!
@BrandonG884979 · Camped on Jul 28, 2024 at Campsite #G197
Beautiful facility. Modern bathrooms. G loop sites are mostly not level so plan accordingly.

The amphitheater offers an amazing sunset. Some campsites are rocky and not level if you are tent camping dontour research. Staff at the camps tore and wayside are nice. Park rangers ha e always been helpful when I'm there. Be mindful of the generator areas. We were next to 2 and it was disruptive one morning. Loft is my favorite

Our site was sooo different than most everyone else. We had a back in site, when most of drive-thru and our fire pit was kinda up and into some woody area and not a very good setting for chairs and a fire. We did enjoy that we were right across from the restrooms though! We loved all the rabbits and deer throughout the campground and in our campsite! We liked Loft Mountain but prefer Big Meadows!
@MikeS6104174 · Camped on Jul 19, 2024 at Campsite #C107
Beautiful campground. Sites are spread out and are nicely tucked into the trees to give a little privacy. Facilities are well maintained. Park rangers were very friendly and helpful. The campground is about 40 minutes from any sort of town, so plan to bring everything you need with you.

Loft Mountain is a great campground. Camp store is well stocked, the bathrooms are clean, rangers are friendly and welcoming, and we've never had any issues with other campers.Campsite F162 is a great site. It's a bit of a walk to the bathroom (not super long). The spot for your tent is very level and has plenty of space for at least two tents. There is nice shade. The site has a table, fire ring, and bear box. You can see the site across the road, but this site is nicely shielded from the next door neighbors offering plenty of privacy. The site has room for at least two cars.

We love Loft Mountain. Our campsite was great, surrounded by raspberry bushes. We were happy that programs are back at the amphitheater. It is a nice walk from the campground. Our only disappointment is the hours of the camp store. Our camp hosts were very friendly.
@PeterS7845234 · Camped on Jul 5, 2024 at Campsite #A51
This spot is so convenient to get to after the ranger station. Campground was clean, the location was relatively flat to pitch a tent, and the shade was excellent during our weekend stay. Will be back!

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
