Family and i loved this campground! It was our first time camping and we couldnt have picked a better place. The lake was beautiful! The area in general was great. We will be back again next year!

Little Beaver Campground provided a stunning backdrop for our three-night stay in late July. The spacious sites, accommodating up to two vehicles each, were perfect for our group of six. The campground offers a parking lot for extra vehicles, if needed. We comfortably fit two tents and a canopy on site 44. The provided food storage boxes were essential for keeping wildlife at bay.While the campground boasts beautiful scenery, we were surprised by the chilly nights, even in July. The well-maintained bathrooms with flushing toilets and hand-washing sinks with mirrors were a pleasant surprise. Although there was a notice about bacteria in the drinking water, we decided to use it, and had no issue.The lake was a short, slightly uphill, walk away. While there was no beach nearby, the lake itself was clean and inviting. We enjoyed swimming and watching the breathtaking sunsets. The campground also offers an easy and rewarding hiking trail through diverse natural surroundings. (Maybe around 5 miles)Unfortunately, the campground's campfire ban was a disappointment. While propane alternatives were permitted, it was a less-than-ideal substitute for a traditional campfire experience.Despite this minor setback, Little Beaver Campground offers exceptional value for its stunning scenery and comfortable amenities. We highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway.(I deducted one star primarily due to the somewhat longer walk to the lake, lack of beaches, and campfire ban.)RestroomsThis campground offers restrooms that have flushing toilets, sinks for hand washing, and mirrors. Each restroom (split into men and women) has two stalls.P.S. If you could light up the restrooms at night that would be great because our friend got lost multiple times trying to find the restrooms at night.

Love this site. Plenty of shade and close to the water, walking path, and bathroom.

We visited Little Beaver Loop B for 4 nights and rented a trailer for our visit. The driveways were very small so thankfully my husband is good at parking. There are many down trees and brush that are not only fire hazards, but not appealing to look at either. They need a crew to come clean up before they open up a new campground to the public. The waterfront was okay, very rocky, but the water was nice. Prob wont return but I liked the area.

My son and I had a great time at Little Beaver Campground. Kayaking on the lake was a blast!

Bathrooms were closed and the Porta potties that where brought in were absolutely disgusting.

Toilet paper ran out, despite a ranger walking around 2 days before.Wasn't sure if water was potable or not.

There was no camp host. There was a rowdy group that took up four campsites. They partied late into the night. We didn’t feel comfortable and ended up leaving a day early. The campground was full of litter and was still a mess from the winter storms. Probably won’t camp there again!

This is a nice clean campground with easy access to the lake. It has flush toilets. The fire rings are large and grills are clean.

Has bear boxes. Last few miles of road are not paved and fairly rugged. Beautiful lake and great swimming and kayaking. Big party lake. Very loud when the weekend crowd arrives. ALL of the dogs were off leash and roaming the campground. Eaten alive by bugs despite using Off.

Clean, quiet, and beautiful place. Has bathrooms, water, boat launch, walking paths, and a gorgeous lake. Each site has a table, fire ring, bear box, and charcoal grill grate.

Solid camping sites with a super chill vibe. All campsites are close distance to the water, but Loop A definitely is closest. During the time we visited, the bathrooms were closed and they had porta-potties (I didn’t mind, but FYI). Make sure to use bear boxes we did hear activity at night and neighbors experienced it firsthand. The water level at the reservoir was low but definitely still accommodates boats and smaller flotation devices. Finally, there aren’t many resources/store at the nearest town, so make sure you bring everything you need ahead of time. Overall, recommend it for a nice camping get-away.

Had a great time. The camp sights were still not clean from the down trees. No camp host so some campers didn’t go by the rules of quiet time. No bathrooms just out houses which they did keep clean. All in all had a good time.

My campground was full of litter when I got there. Not sure if the people before left it and did not get cleaned or if someone left a bag of garbage and animals got it to. But it took me about 20 minutes after a long drive to clean it up. Besides that, everything else was good after. Loved the lake and campround. Sites are a little close to each other. People were loud way passed 10 p.m. because there is no camp host. That was another issue. Had a good time regardless

Nice, calm, all you need in one place, but be aware of bears.

Our first time to this campground and we loved it! We will absolutely be back! The campsites were good size and the location to the water was perfect! The bathrooms were pretty gross when we arrived on Friday, but the crew came in Saturday and cleaned them up nicely.

This is a favorite camp; love the trail and the boat launch area beach is beautiful. However, the campsites are super close together. I enjoyed my stay.

My favorite place to camp so far. The view of the lake every morning, along with the wild life (ducks and geese), was amazing. Peaceful and quiet. Nice to have flushable toilets. The addition of bear boxes is comforting. Great kayaking & paddle boarding opportunity, and the nearby boat ramp and Blue Water Beach are nice as well.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
