Fire pits are never cleaned out nor is garbage picked up in the campsites. For as much as this campground is booked you would think that they would go to electric sites like there is at other Core parks. Rates are great but understand if there would need to be an increase in rates if electric was added. Maybe consider adding an additional dump station. Rangers drive through but no interaction with campers.

Camp host needs to enforce generator running after 11 pm. Some runs there's all night. Need two dump station for all the campers. One not enough.

Many great camping sites but unfortunately they are deemed by Rec Gov to use as more than one camper per site! So many more people would love to camp if this restriction was not in force. There is definitely more room in some sites to allow another camper. Also The former Group sites were really awesome for extended families and we are so sad that is no longer available. Thank you for extending the checkout time.

Bathrooms were really dirty. Generator running all night. Nobody follows the quiet time rules. Told camp host and park ranger but nothing gets done.cut grass more. The corp doesn't keep it up like they used to.

First night (Saturday) was great considering how busy it was. Campsite and campground were fairly clean and appeared decently looked after. Second night (Sunday) everyone had cleared out of the loop except me and a group in an RV with several cars across the loop due north of my spot. Before sunset, they were speeding out of the loop, drifting cars on the dirt headed toward the public boat ramp to the east and back. They also let an amazingly loud generator run until it eventually ran out of gas sometime between 3 and 4 AM. Was pretty shocking how easily it was to hear it running out of fuel and starving out after the constant drone all night. Im amazed the campground host didnt/couldnt hear, or chose not to address the shenanigans, considering their campsite proximity on the entrance road. Id expect better from a hosted campground. Likely wont return.

The campground host, Brian, is the best host I have ever come across at any campground.

We were camped next to 2 campers that ran their generators most of the day which is legal there. They also ran the generators all night which is not legal. Quit time is 10 pm till 6 am. We called the corp headquarters the day after the first night and they still ran them the following night.

Consider putting large dumpster near dump station.

The site as well as the entire campground was clean and appears to be well cared for! The park rangers and campground host are very friendly. We are looking forward to our next visit!

We love Wolf Creek. Big sites, most of which are right on the lake. If you don’t mind a few miles of gravel and generators for electric, it’s the best campground on Sakakawea within an hour or two of Bismarck.

Bathroom was very clean. Don't care for site set ups, huge areas and only so many sites for group camping. So many areas roped off. We love wolf creek to meet family from all over ND but can't all park together anymore.

Camped over Memorial Day Weekend, grass was long and had not been mowed, weeds were awful, and very unfortunate that there is yellow tape all over now. The spots were made much smaller than last year and the price per night went up. Use to be a great place to call but very sad about what it has become.

They are adding more campsite which is good but need to add another dump station. One is not efficient for all the campsites. Core has east Totten trail campsite with 20 fewer site's and have 2 dump station.

We had a great adventure tent camping and kayaking. Other campers had games like ladder ball and glow in the dark bocce ball. We are looking forward to our adventure to Lake Sakakawea.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
