Amazing views, big sites, pretty private. No cell service (a blessing). Bathrooms were stinky at times but may have been user error lol.

Beautiful campground with sites backing up to the water. We were able to conveniently launch our kayaks off the back of our site (#11).

This was an amazing camp site. The bathrooms were nearby and very clean. Very spacious camp site with a beautiful view and access to the lake. The fishing boats do go out early and did wake me up but I loved waking up to see the sunrise over the lake so I did not see it as a negative.

Maybe my favorite campground in Washington. Such a great location and great, clean areas!

The site was cleared and ready for us. The camp hosts were friendly and amazing! They introduced themselves and since we had all but 3 of the sites, relatively left us alone only popping by to make sure we didn't need anything. We all appreciated them immensely as we have had mean and needy camp hosts there in the past.

We miss the last campground host Gene.He was the best campground host I have experienced.

The camp host was wonderful and the place was clean, quiet and beautiful. I will be going back next year definitely.

Site 10 is a very tiny site. The map makes the sites look far more spread out than they really are. Not only is it tiny, it is right beside (like 1 foot away) the vault toilet. I don't recommend this site at all. We actually decided to stay at site 7 instead since it was open and available. Mt. Baker is not visible from the campground unless you get on the water. The camp host was super nice. The campground pristine and toilets very nicely kept. I actually feel like the price for this campground is too high. The best site on the campground is actually double the nightly rate of all the others. We weren't able to light a fire and there was a water outage.

Beautiful and uncrowded campground

The pit toilet next to site 10 is overused, and the smelly fumes coming from it overpowered our campsite whenever the breeze from the lake died down. The camp host said the toilet had already been pumped twice, and it was mid-August when we were there. I'm just glad we weren't there when they were pumping.This campground has a lot of mice, which infested my SUV because my son left a bag of chips on the seat. We caught 4 mice in our vehicle in a live trap. Make sure all your food is secured in mouse-proof containers at this campground!

Site was beautiful, unfortunately the water was not working and there was a fire ban in effect so we couldn't have a campfire. Lots to do in the area. Campground host was very helpful and friendly.

The most beautiful spot! Gene, the host was very friendly and helpful. Only downside was that we didnt get the notice about the lack of drinking water access until after our stay, so had to drive to the next campground to refill our smaller tank. Next time well travel with more!

There is a lot of hype about this spot, but I dont know if its as good as others. It has a lovely view but the access to the water is not easy and the water is not as nice here ( lots of logs and bugs in the water). Camp host great! Bathrooms clean. Quiet campground. A lot of boat sounds from 4-5 am as the fishermen head out. Oh and be prepared for mice in your car looking for food.

1. Water supply in Panoramic Point needs improved a couple of drops from a solar pump after depressing a button for five minutes doesn't cut it. It has been like this for a long time. 2. It would be nice if you put in even one little easier/safer access to the water (4 ft to 6 ft wide) at the public water access at the turnaround point in Panoramic Point for people who wish to get into the water without climbing up and down a rocky bank.

Nice location, loud neighbors and boats.

Like camping in a parking lot; almost no privacy, you are always looking into (and listening in on) 2-3 other campsites. Toilets very clean, however.

It was unusual noise night time.

The campsite was huge with a lake view and had great accessibility to hikes, a good diner, and Baker Lake itself. Gene was a fantastic host and nature enthusiast. We fully plan to stay here again.
@KristinM315479 · Camped on Jul 1, 2023 at Campsite #13
Loved Gene. Hated the mice. Small area that access water from the site but otherwise need to use day use.
@KristinM315479 · Camped on Jun 30, 2023 at Campsite #6
Beware of mice!!!!!! The campground currently is rampant with them. But camp host was wonderful.

One of the best campgrounds in Washington State. Took us 3 years to get a reservation, but worth it. Views were spectacular. Birds View Brewery is a great stop on the way up. Gene the host was always around and pleasant to talk with. Only complaint was the well water. After boiling it, it took on the appearance of a hazy IPA.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
