We had a back in site, very large, I was able to put 37' motor home & Jeep in the site. Water was close if I needed refill & dump station was great.We also had very nice weather.

We rolled in after dark and the camp host showed up and led us to our site. The camp hosts here are super helpful and nice. We stayed here one week. Sites are just above the lake and it's close to the cute little town of June Lake.

The most beautiful campgrounds we have been to. Everywhere we looked, we saw different terrain. Absolutely stunning.

Camp site is well maintained and restrooms are clean but sites are way too close together with no privacy or trees in many sites. Our neighbors were literally spilling into our campsite and we can hear everything which made it a not very relaxing experience since it was about 30 of them taking up the 3 adjacent spaces. The restrooms were closed and there was no water available very early on Sunday and the host said we could use the restrooms at the lake which was a very long walk away. The only good thing about this camp site is that you can walk to the lake beach. If you arent lucky enough to have a space with a view (which is very limited) then youre stuck looking at all your neighbors. Not sure if I would return if I dont have a space with lake view.

Stayed at Oh Ridge for multiple nights.Very convenient for access to other locations in the area. There is access to June Lake beach. Nice views from the campground.Lots of campsites...some are very close together.One Friday night a loud group kept everyone awake all night long. Employees dealt with it in the morning. It does seem like weekends can be busy and loud.Not all the loops have restrooms so pay attention to where you are booking...if you have a choice.

Beautiful camp ground, close to the lake and well maintained. We will be back

Stayed in Fish Loop - sites are pretty close together and sunny. Lake parking is an additional $10 (not included in camping fee, which is why I knocked a star off). Walk to the lake is a half mile, not bad. Camp hosts rode around in golf carts, all were very nice.

Great view! But far away from a restroom.
@TrinityP3432E5 · Camped on Sep 8, 2024 at Campsite #66
Nice site with clean bathrooms. Sites are spaced out enough for privacy and each loop is far enough where the campground feels small. Potable water, dumpsters, and bathrooms in each loop. This site has a wind barrier which helps but doesnt take away all the wind. The beach is a nice walk small away!

Lovely campground. Great place to have as a home base for visiting the Eastern Sierra's, 395 corridor and high country of Yosemite.

Very busy campsite, but great location, close to lake and beach.

Campsites were great but they've implemented a $10 cash fee to park at the beach parking lots. This fee is required even if you have a campsite reservation. The concessionaires are limiting access to the public unfairly. They aren't even managing the parking situations correctly. We left the beach to shuttle our party and equipment back and forth and told the staff that we would be right back to pick up more people and equipment. There were at least 6 parking spots still open. Upon return, they wouldn't let us back in, cleaning that there was no parking available and we had to walk a whole bunch of stuff back to the campsite. They're we're still several parking spots open and they still kept a line of cars outside waiting because of their ignorance and poor management. We'll probably look for somewhere else to camp for our annual trip if the beach access isn't opened up to the public again without having to pay these third parties.

Very clean. They have got a better handle on incoming and overcrowding. It would be nice if there was some type of walkway down the center of the second beach as it is difficult to drag a wagon and kayaks on the sand. Overall we had a great experience

Great site and great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only regret was not staying longer.

This was our second stay at this campground. I recommend it to all my camping friends. It is so large that I can nearly always get a space. Individual sites are clean and spacious. Every loop has water, a nice bathroom with sinks and flush toilets, a dumpster, and a camp host. Many sites don't have shade so it is a good idea to bring your own shade. It is a short walk to the beautiful beach on June Lake. You can launch your small watercraft from the beach. There are good (steep) day hikes nearby. There are a few good restaurants and small stores in the village nearby.

Camp management did not give proper notice about events closing down the main beach on 08/16 and 08/17. Older gentlemen, not as old as the others, around 50's of age, was an asshole about the $10 parking fee, when he stopped me at about 0700am, when I informed him I just wanted to see the parking situation and walking distance of the 2nd beach, he refused and was pressuring me for 10 dollars just to go see the area regardless if it was going to be less than a minute.Bathrooms were down, 08/16 due to power outage, from 0830-1930ish. Confusion about which bathroom to use since they said the first beach and bathroom were closed for said event. Not to mention the woman standing post on the day of check in, seemed annoyed I used a Veteran Golden State pass and made it seemed as if she was doing me a favor by accepting it.Really bad experience with camp hosts, 2nd occurrence, I let it slide first time around in 2023 with a different experience. Mind you, my Veteran Golden State pass wasnt an issue also beach parking fee was non existent that time.

Absolutely loved the camp hosts and staff in general. JD especially was so helpful and gives you a pretty good chuckle! The only reason its got fewer stars is the campground wasnt my favorite due to the dust and sand. Would be nice if it had grass or more tree coverage. But thats just me being picky! Great place overall for someone other than me haha

Another wonderful visit to Oh Ridge at June Lake! The campground is well-maintained, quiet & full of friendly campers, we were disappointed that the dump station was not in service and we had to go into Lee Bining to dump our rv tanks.

Had a very nice time. The staff were great. They even gave this old guy a golf cart ride from the lake to my camp site when the wind took out my Easy-up canopy leaving me with no shade. They were very helpful with firewood and other items as well. I was very pleasantly surprised to find 'flushies' instead of pit toilets. Water was nearby with two spigots in the loop.

This site was gorgeous. I camped alone and felt safe the entire time, even with a bear roaming around. Be sure to be mindful of your scented items and lock EVERYTHING up. I was in a tent and slept very well. The site is shaded and close to the restroom but not too close to where youre being bothered. Cute pathway to the beautiful June lake just a 5-10 min walk. Water closeby, be sure to buy anything you may need including wood beforehand as there arent any stores nearby.

Campground was nice, with good views. Some issues with noisy campers after 10 pm quiet hours.

Parker Lake Trail was an easy to moderate hike and dog friendly. Hiking in the Mammoth area is only 15 miles away with Duck Pass Trail and the Hot Creek Trail both dog friendly. Had site #8 at Oh Ridge 8/6 to 8/10. This is a very high time of year for lots and lots of kids and people pulling in and setting up camp next to you at 10pm to 11pm at night. Campsites #10 - #6 are a bit crowded together. You can hear your neighbors unzipping their sleeping bags. I won't come this time a year again, just too many kids, but awesome weather and you are in the Sierras.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
