Great weekend with our church group. Site has a group fire ring, and generous sites. The toilets were always spotless. wonderful. We hope to come back next year.

This is such a good campground, its too bad the camp host is horrible. My family went out for a relaxing weekend only to be harassed by the camp host the entire time. The host would lift up the blinds on their camper everytime my family was playing outside and watch us and come over to our camp site constantly to complain about what we were doing and how my kids were playing. There were other campers in the campground and the host only once in the two days we were there did a drive-thru the campground. We felt very harassed and it made myself and my kids very uncomfortable to know they were watching us the entire time. We will not be returning to this campground.

This campground is run by terrible Camphosts. The woman made multiple walk thrus of our campsite and threatened us with fines. We have been USFS Camphosts for the past four years and told her that and she still treated us as criminals over petty issues. The hosts ruined our quiet enjoyment of our site. Will not return very bad experience.

Great camp host! Cleanest toilets in any campground. Super quiet, tons of trees for hammocks. We had an awesome time!

What an amazing campground! Big private spots, very spacious. The highway is close but not a bother. Nice hosts

Never made it to this campground as it was forecast to snow 5-12 overnight in June!

As soon as we pulled in the camp hosts made it very clear we were not welcome. They asked us if we were planning on having a good time and we answered yes they told us not here youre not. We felt so so uncomfortable that we went somewhere else. We Will be telling our friends and family not to stay here. We were looking forward to staying there but will make sure everyone we know knows what horrible camp host they have there. The worst part is we couldnt get our money back because it was to late.he also told us the cops would be coming by multiple times in the middle of the night to make sure we werent doing anything but sleeping or he would be putting us in handcuffs

We stayed at this camp spot twice - for two nights heading up to Glacier and one night on return. We enjoyed being on the back end of the loop. The site was quiet and nice space from others. A neighbor camper noted a bear running through the back of the campground one morning, which was exciting to watch from a distance. Facility was well kept and clean.

Campsite we had was a little tight for a 29 camper. There are a few bigger sites. Nice camping spot expect the host was rude. We have a licensed trail 90 motorcycle and he told us we cant ride it around the loop. We didnt take it off trail. He also told us that our campfire flames cannot go above the fire ring! He said some other things that didnt make sense. We followed the rules set by the forest service.

Very spacious site with plenty of privacy and trees surroudning. There are three levels to the site between parking, campfire / table area, and tent pad area.

Not a lot of privacy, but surprisingly nice toilet paper.

The campground was great: small, private and the sites were well spaced apart with plenty of trees! I would highly recommend it as long as the hosts are different. I agree completely with Sheila's review. The hosts were very strict, somewhat friendly on the surface, but I think they enjoyed being in charge. I found them to be unreasonable and somewhat rude for a request I had. The campground was almost empty on a Sunday morning.

This is a beautiful well kept campground. The bathrooms were clean and lit by motion lighting. Only one other site was in use when I was there so it was quiet and I got the whole camping solitude experience. The hosts are a whole different story. The woman marched into my site and began spouting out the rules without even a good evening or greeting of any sort. She insisted I put my cooler in my truck at 5 pm dinner time and when I just looked at her she said she could have the forest service come and talk to me if I didn’t like it. I explained I was fixing dinner and would put it away when I was done and she kept on insisting. Then although I didn’t have an atv on truck or in my back pocket she kept insisting I couldn’t have one in the campground. I felt as if she just needed to give someone a good spanking that day. Just know that your firewood must be arranged to her own private specifications while burning, and although the bathroom is only 10 yards from your site she will be sure to point it out in case you didn’t see it. And…fyi I found a tick on me which I promptly discarded in my unkempt fire.

Very nice and quiet (at least when we were there) campground. Camp hosts were friendly, and they kept the campground ship-shape. The vault toilets that we used were SPOTLESS! Plenty of firewood within easy reach, as the Forest Service is thinning out the lodgepole pine stand in which the campground is located. VERY GOOD water; nice and cold; camp hosts said it was spring fed. We would definitely camp here again.

Nice spot not too far off off I-90. Probably the nicest/cleanliness vault toilets around, not joking! Host Dan was extremely nice and eager to meet the campers! Definitely stop here again if/when I pass through.

Nice location in the pines. Cool evenings, no mosquitoes! Camp host was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The water is excellent and tested monthly! Filled up our 20 gallon tank easily. We’ll definitely be staying there again.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
