Love campground ! Camp host peggy and Debbie do a fantastic job. Tim has done a great job as well. Boat launch needs to have a designated area for paddle boards canoes and non motorized water craft so boats can tie up. Because my boat got bad scratches by a aluminum canoe. This is getting to be a big problem and would hope somebody would fix it.

A beautiful location at Georgetown Lake. The sites are very spacious and there's a camp host on each loop. Half-way between Anaconda and Philipsburg.

When packing for this campground I suggest including ear plugs for each member of your party! Numerous other campsites used LOUD generators frequently and severely detracted from the overall camping experience. The Forest Service should require MAXIMUM decibel level output of any generator used at ANY time of day. Reduce NOISE POLLUTION!

Just passing through the area, one night with a small tent. Many longer term residents around us, in trailers, and mostly quiet most of our time. Site was decent sized, reasonably level with good gravel surface (no mud!). more privacy on the wooded side. Pit toilet was extremely well-maintained, with others conveniently scattered throughout the campground. Pleasant walking through the loops and out to the boat ramp. Also appreciated nearby picnic ground, with a gorgeous rainbow over Rainbow Bay! Heard there had been a recent bear sighting, so especially appreciated the resident host and clean camp.

Has everything you need. Mosquitoes were bad in early July

This was the cleanest, and well-run campground we have ever stayed at, which includes several KOA campgrounds. The sites are large enough to provide space between you and your neighbors, forested enough for shade, with minimal underbrush so the is a definite feeling of openness. The camp hosts were friendly and proactively informative (shortly after we arrived they stopped by to tell us about grizzly bear activity in the area which we appreciated) yet respected your privacy during your stay.One thing of note, there is water available however it's from a hand pump style water source so if you don't fill your RV before arrival that'll be an issue.

Beautiful park! We really appreciated the friendliness of the camp host. Loop C is the most RV friendly.

Well kept campground with lots of trees, large sites with picnic tables and firepits. The area to park the RV was level and paved. Really enjoyed watching the squirrels chasing each other up and down trees, and right through our camp! Pretty lake with a good boat launch if you have a boat.

Lovely sites deep in a beautiful woods. Sites nicely spread out & very close to the lake.

The camp hosts in all loops are great. This is hands down the cleanest campground Ive ever camped at. Access to the lake is by boat ramp only, but that didnt bother us (some people camping at lake campgrounds want to be on the lake). Kids (9-year old twin boys) loved riding their bikes around the loops and met some really nice people. Its very shady with tall trees and you have a mix of camp spot types; outside spots on the loops backup to the woods, inside spots border other inside spots (but not cramped with good space between neighbors) and ones that border the campground road and have views of the lake. All in all, excellent campground that well return to!

Location and camp host were great! Had some people next to us that should have just stayed home as they couldnt live without their damn generator running 24/7

Great spot to camp. Be advised that you cannot fill a tank or get electricity. But toilets very clean. Camp coordinator very personable.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
