Beautiful spot right across the highway from the Lake. Lots of trees and we even saw 3 deer walk though the campsite. Only downside is noise from the highway

Always a very nice campground in a wonderful setting...the only unfortunate is that a lot of trees had to be removed due to beetle kill but there is significant regrowth...camp host was very friendly and conscientious...

The campground was comfortable, clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay, and the camp host was very friendly & helpful. It was a little difficult for our friends with a large size camper to get into and out of their spot, though.

Nice campground.. quiet! The loose dog on our last night there was annoying. Tried to attack my dogs who were on their leashes.

Very close to the lake, and spots have a good amount of space between, so you arent too close to your neighbors!

Nice sized sites with easy access to Georgetown Lake across the street. For a more relaxed lake experience, try heading to Echo Lake day use area.

Beautiful and relaxing!

Great camping spot! Very quiet and peaceful place. We had 2 tents, a canopy and two cars and plenty of room. Lake was not to far to walk to but too far to carry kayaks. We drove to the parking area/boat launch with our kayaks to play on the lake. Lake was beautiful!

Lovely campground across the road from the shores of Georgetown Lake with ample sites for tenting or setting up your RV (back-in only). Camp host was very friendly and helpful. Fairly quiet spot, despite road traffic noise during the day and RV generators.

We have stayed in this campground several times and enjoy it. The pit toilets did not smell bad. The man across the way who started up his very noisy generator very early every morning was annoying -- but that had nothing to do with the campground itself.

Spot #13 was great and on the outside of the campground. Great access to Georgetown Lake and other fishing spots close by. There is a marina 5 min down the road for snacks/fishing supplies. Highly recommend!

We loved Lodge Pole campground. Lots of trees and spread out camp sites. Cons, not very level camp spots, dirt roads w some ruts, not on George Town Lake (very short drive to my favorite fishing spot) Camp host were VERY friendly and we would definitely go back.
@BillM1281727 · Camped on Aug 25, 2022 at Campsite #X8

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
