We always enjoy our stay. The camp is very nice and well taken care of. As a matter of fact, we just reserved another for this coming weekend.

We stayed at the White Cliffs campground recently and we had pull-through site with a view of the Little River. The campground is about a half mile long with lots of trees and most of the sites have ample shade but, few actually have a view of the river. While we hit the weather perfect and it was very scenic, I do have constructive feedback. First, there were no gate hours (or even a gate) so boats were being trailered in very early in the morning, and motoring back on the river to the boat launch late at night. This was a nuisance because of the noise and there's always that one guy that has to be a jerk and rev his engine to wake everyone. Also signage here leaves something to be desired. I have no idea what the entry shack hours are but it was not manned when we arrived early afternoon mid-week, so we didn't get a map, park pass, or any park information. The campsite numbers are on the wrong side of the posts, so you don't see them until you drive by, and the dump station has a sign viewable from one direction on the road but not the other. There are trails and history to be found here but you would never know it because there's no information posted anywhere. All you get is a sign for a lookout point before you get into the campground. The lookout is good for a few pics, but again, no signage to tell you anything. There ARE actual White Cliffs that can be explored in the campground from a trail that begins between the dump station and the camp host. It's a short but moderate hike to traverse to the tops of the cliffs and walk around. There are also remnants of an old foundry within the forest, and an old foundation of what might have been a mill on the river's edge. We had zero Verizon service but T-Mobile had 3 bars. No swimming permitted because of alligators.

The camp site was very clean. Nice picnic tables. A good place to escape the hustle and bustle. Cell phone service is spotty. We went hiking while there. Bathrooms could use a good scrubbing. Lots of bugs, and spiders on the floor and walls. One of the showers only had cold water. Overall I would be interested in returning one day. Appeared to have nice fish cleaning stations.

Park was great as always. Bathrooms and showers were clean!

Stayed here for the 2024 eclipse. Site was very spacious with plenty of room around the site. Cell phone service was very marginal with Verizon and could not get acceptable service. Bathrooms could have been cleaner but were acceptable. Area patrolled by rangers and Sheriff on a regular basis several times a day. Seems to be a good campground for fishermen. Mosquitos were bad at night but we were not bothered by them during the day. Would recommend this camp area.

Nice campground, however showers are not kept clean.

Dogs running loose all week constantly barking when owners left them tied up when they left their camps. River banks so grown up you can hardly see the water from all but three camp sites. This has been an ongoing problem for years

Relaxing, clean bathrooms and showers, relaxing and a very great family and friend environment.

Stayed here 3 nights in a tent. +quiet+pretty+the potties part of the bathroom was cleanish (bring ur own soap)-There were burnt beer cans in the firepit when we arrived-the showers were not clean.No one ever approached us to check our reservation. I made the reservation online and arrived after dark and left three days later.Bank fishing, we pretty much caught perch, my son caught a big bowfin on cutbait.There are trashcans, fish cleaning area, play set for young kids, a boat ramp, walking trail...Walmart was about 20-25 minutes away. There is nothing close. Nothing. Be sure to bring everything you need.Verizon cell service was pretty poor. I had one bar- good enough to call or text but I couldn't use the internet and texting pictures didn't work.All in all, for a weekend during Spring break, it was a very quiet relaxing place to camp for myself and 2 teens.

We visited White Cliffs in February and had the whole place practically to ourselves! Our favorite lot is #18. Great view of the water & a small inlet where you can pull your boat close to your camper.Our only warning is the buzzards by the fish cleaning station. There were close to 20 on my SUV. Their claws scratched the clear coat on the top of my car. Park as far away from the fish cleaning area as possible!!!

Awesome park for river fishing and duck hunting.We was told that park host Scott passed away. We will all miss him. I personally will miss his conversation we had while camping.

Pull through site, covered picnic table with fire pit and grill all on nice rock surfaces. Nice fencing and close proximity to the water. Sites 2 and 3 are great but a little far from bath houses if thats important to you! Quiet and beautiful.

Awesome coe Park for river camping and fishing.

The park was quiet. It was a nice set up. Facilities were clean. Concerns and disadvantages : trees need to be limbed higher. Overgrowth of vegetation on river bank blocked river view. Beware of the gators. Lots of them.
@RogerB3749935 · Camped on Jun 30, 2023 at Campsite #11
The only complain I have about our stay. There were large branches all over the camp sight. We had to pick them up so we could use the picnic table or even set our lawn chairs up.
@DerekB3528004 · Camped on Jun 30, 2023 at Campsite #4
Park was good. Staff was friendly. All kinds of trash in the fire pit when we arrived. Including dirty diapers. Other than that is was a good stay.

If river camping and fishing is your pleasure in the outdoors this is your park. Great park for river fishing, duck hunting, deer hunting and gator hunting.

Beautiful place with recently updated sites. The camp host lady was incredibly nice and gave me some local history! Some sites are not level at all but this my favorite COE site yet!

Beautiful park, well maintained.

The original camp site we reserved was not available due to being flooded at the time. We never received a phone call, email, or any other communication notifying us of the situation. It would have been nice to know beforehand so we could have changed our plans before driving 2 hours to get there to find this out. We were able to get another spot, but not completely happy with how it was handled or the outcome.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
