It was a nice campground. Nice location. We were able to drive to Squaw peak and watch the sunset. There were a few negatives. Our campsite #15 had no separation from the site behind us. Would have been great if we knew the people. It wasn’t that bad though just some trees would have been nice. Also our site barely fit our 10’x10’ tent. It’s up a short hill so there weren’t any other places for the tent. Also the trail is overgrown and not really too great. We had a good time and will return since it doesn’t fill up as fast as other places.

It is a heck of a steep pull up to the turn off to this camp ground but it was a nice place to stay. I wish they would take the pipe out of the middle of the road those of us with long trailers have no choice but to run over it. At least make it removeable. If there was a host we never saw them. It was a clean and very shady campground. Nice table and fire pit.

Very beautiful! Bathrooms were a little gross, but otherwise, it was a great experience!

It was a lot of fun, the bathroom was really clean. I just didn’t realize how little privacy you have- all of the campsites around us were quite close and there wasn't a super great place for a rent but we worked it out and had a really good time!

Nice place, we had a lot of fun, the space for the tent was not that wide, but it was enough (had a 8 person tent), I think it would be better for a 4-6 person tent. Restroom was really smelly during the hottest part of the day, better to use it when it is colder. The restroom was cleaned every day, really appreciated.

Easy drive to a pretty campground with some breathtaking views. We stayed at site 16 and there was little privacy with people going by on both sides all day. In the future I would for sure pick a different site but it’s a great campground. Bathroom was clean and the host was great!! Will be going back.

The campgrounds were clean and the area is BEAUTIFUL! There were two issues I had with this place... 1. The campsites are extremely close together and there's no 'privacy' between campgrounds. Our 'neighbors' were extremely loud and kept making lough obnoxious noises (banging on metal, maybe?) outside our tent at 11:00 pm... The 'neighbors' to the other side of us had a dog that barked at us any time we walked around our camp site. 2. The flat area where our tent was supposed to go was WAY too small! I would have fit a 4 person tent perfectly but ours was a 8-10 person tent.. so that kinda sucked... Other than that, you could tell it was taken care of and the people who run the camp grounds are very very friendly!

The camp host was fantastic. It was a very quiet campground which was very nice! Close enough to be convenient but far enough away to be secluded

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
