The site was clean and easy to park and set up our equipment. The nearby bathroom was also clean, warm and pleasant, however the only negative thing I can say was there was no close water to fill a bucket to put out our fire pit at night.

Bring a canopy their is very shade and if get lucky to be by a water spout you can fill your trailer water

Loop B site we moved to had ample shade and nice bathrooms. Running tap water right next to our campsite, and the table was covered. Also a very nice fire pit. We were in campsite 21. The campground host was very helpful, kept the grounds and restrooms clean. Very beautiful area. The lower campgrounds in Loop A, some have no shade. Only drawback was difficulty in backing our trailer in as the site was not angled, probably because these are older. And the flies were bothersome.. All in all, would love to return.

The location for this campsite is not updated in Google Maps and the new location is an hour away from the old location.

Lovely campground - we've camped there many times. Starlink is intermittent to unusable, depending on the site, due to the numerous tall trees. No dumpsters in the area so pack it in, pack it out. Trailer pads are paved and level side to side. Salt creek runs through the campground and the sound is calming. Good camping - please don't go there! :-D

I arrived a few hours early and the camp host was wonderful in helping me to settle into my camp site. I inquired about staying one additional day and the camp host was helpful in making those arrangements. The campsite was clean and ready and the whole campground was clean. The Restroom building was clean and equipped with flush toilets and running water in the lavatory sinks. A very pleasant surprise compared to most Forest Service Campground facilities, I will come back for sure and I highly recommend it to others interested. I was tent camping and had a wonderful experience.

Site has some shade, a picnic table, and a fire ring with a grill topper. Right across from the bathrooms and garbage. We had a great time here! One note, there is a hill in this site - Our camper is an 18ft bunkhouse, and we just barely fit. If you're camper or motor home is longer than that I would get a different site.

Yurts are clean and comfortable. Beds are comfy too. Would definitely stay there again.

This campground was a great place to camp! I only spent one night with with my dog but the grounds were clean, great scenery, nice and quiet. I did stay during the week so busier days could have more campers than when I went. The bathrooms were surprisingly clean which was a plus. The owners/groundskeepers were also very friendly. A great place to go solo, with a small group, or family.

Campground was great except that our picnic table was broken and unusable.

This site is not good for a trailer. There is a hill in the middle of the driveway. We didn't know that and couldn't get our 26 foot trailer in even though the online site says it is plenty long. This was a nice area and other spots would have been fine. The camp host helped us get a site at the Soldier Creek camp ground that worked out just fine.

We were in site 54. One of the few spots with shade. Campground was clean and well maintained. Small marina store close if you forgot something, but it was expensive. We had great cell service with Verizon.

This is a nice campground! It's about 15-20 minutes from the freeway so you don't hear any road noise at all. The road is a winding road and requires attention. We saw lots of chipmunks around camp and even had a deer right in our campground! They have wood for sale and there is a store at the marina, overpriced of course but it's nice to have. We had 2 spots, 45 and 47 and both were nicely shaded with easy access to water and the bathrooms. There are some spots with no shade so look at the pictures provided on this site to verify if it's shady or not. Our campgrounds bordered the woods so lots of places for the kids to explore. The camp hosts were friendly and easy to work with. We had additional cars we had to pay for and didn't know not to park on the vegetation so had to move our vehicles around and the hosts were gracious and understanding. All in all it was a great say and we will be going back!

This is a nice campground and some of the sites are shaded. The reservoir is within walking distance. It's a popular campground, so it is busy.

We went early in the season, and the middle of the week, so it was quiet. There were lots of pretty flowers. People were friendly. The site was nearly level, well maintained, and close to a source of potable water and a restroom. The path down to the boat ramp was just the right distance for a healthy walk. The little store is well stocked but expensive. The site we had was surrounded by trees and reasonably private. Access was easy from the highway. We do not fish, and the water is not for swimming, so the one activity we could do is hike, which we did.

I've been camping at Aspen Grove since I was little and it's as beautiful as ever. Management this year was good, no issues there. No issues at all really.

Love love love! May be our new favorite! The camp hosts were super friendly and pretty much left us alone. This spot was so nice super clean and ample shade. Loop A has great spots more shade and pine trees but most FCFS. This site one of the only ones in loop B with trees. The road in from the highway is narrow and steep and windy but we made it just great with a Ram 1500 and 25’ bumper pull.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
