I dont understand why the campground cant have a little bit of an upgrade. The picnic tables could use some repairs. Add more areas for tents as well.

The camp host was very friendly and nice. the camp grounds are clean and well kept. The pull through sites are small and at Renegade most of them are on a hill. it is very hard to park on a hill with a fifth wheel and boat.

Camp host was very nice and hospital . Little pricey per night for not having power or hook ups . But the boat launch pass included and running water / restrooms in the campground was a bonus . Would stay again

It was very good location sight. Cell phone reception is weak, but it was work. The water faucet is available. One thing I would like to pointing out, the table bench has cracked and not available to use it. (19 June 2023)

We like this location. It is not as crowded as the marina and has beautiful views. The camp host was awesome!

Not many level spots. This location could use some updating to the size and parking. Lots of holes that can be stepped in and cause a visit to the hospital. The camp host was friendly. The bathrooms are very clean.

The pictures catfished me… I got there ready to set up my tent but there was no place to set my tent, it was all covered in bushes, so I had to sit there and try to make some space for my tent.

The camp hosts were awesome, there was a water issue with the bathrooms and they worked into the night to resolve the issue and get the toilets working for everyone again! Would definitely recommend this campground. Close to the water, fishing, and gorgeous views!

The camp host were friendly and very helpful. The camp sites are clean. My only drawback is that most of the parking spaces for trailer or RV are in dire need of leveling and repaving.

This is the second time this summer we stayed here. The camp host is very diligent about bathroom cleaning and checking in to make sure your needs are met. It is close to the water and camp sites are super clean and accessible.

Overall we had a great time. The camp host was excellent. He took fantastic care of the restrooms and camp spots were clean and in great condition. My only complaint was that there were a couple of groups that were loud and partying late one night with music blaring till after 11pm.

I have stayed at Renegade before and I love the location. This stay, in September 2019, was the opposite. I have a trailer and will run an inverter generator until it’s time to turn it off during the quiet hours. The camp next to us was running his all night. It was not an inverter generator but a standard generator and it was very loud and we could not sleep and others in my party were in a tent and they could not sleep. When we asked the other guest to turn it off he was belligerent towards us and refused to turn it off. We made a complaint with the camp host to learn he was friends with this guest and he began yelling at my husband stating this was allowed because this guest has a CPap machine. This is at 0200 hours in the morning. I understand that other people have medical issues and they may need exceptions but I know they have battery powered machines you can use or the camp host could have arranged a spot near the host site where a power cord could be used to tie into the power. Or get an inverter generator which is quieter and safer as they do not throw sparks in a forested area. No other options were given to find an acceptable resolution so that everyone staying at the camp could enjoy their paid stay. Other campers the next day told me in passing this particular guest has been running his generator 24 hours a day with no regard to anyone else. They were also staying in a tent. At our checkout time the same camp host stopped us as we were trying to leave by pulling the golf cart in front of the driveway and began arguing with my husband again over this issue. Thank you for sending this review but I don’t think we will back anytime soon to Renegade.

We have camped at Renegade for years and have a great experience until the last 2 years. They have not been so good.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
