Very nice campground, I had some issues with the roads/drives, they are narrow allowing larger RVs to run off the asphalt onto the rock and dirt. Vegetation/weeds needed mowing and clean-up, maintenance was lacking. We found trash and cans in the fire ring left by inconsiderate campers, pine needles, leaves, and fallen limbs in our campsite from the trees when arriving, plus tree limbs that extended into roadway that needs to be trimmed. Would we return, YES, maybe these suggestions will help, and the next time things will be different.

This camp is beautiful, clean, and well kept. Due to it not being in a cove, the lake breeze and shade were wonderful for most of the camp sites.The only thing that was disappointing that the quality and cleanliness of the bathrooms did not match the level of the campsites and park. Also, we were camping for July 4 week and it did feel like the grass should have been mowed prior to the busy holiday.Loved the place and will come back again. One of the best for this lake. 100%

We were inundated by little ants. They were all over our RV. We put down dematiaceous dirt and that finally got them to stop coming into the RV. Also, the grass was mighty high. Should have been mowed days before. It was very high. Otherwise it was calm and relaxing despite the heat and humidity. When the boat trailer and truck left (after the weekend) we had a nice view of the lake.

We had reserved E225, however, due to recent storms there was a tree that had been pushed over in a position where it could possibly fall. Park personnel contacted me before my arrival and informed me that they would have to move me to another site. I was moved to site E229 which didn't provide much shade but was still a very nice site that was mostly level. The park was beautiful and most sites did provide at least some shade and some a lot of shade. We have every intention to return in the future. All park personnel were very nice and helpful!

Nice camp grounds. There were ants everywhere. There were ants in my car, in my husband's truck. This was a family event, we arrived with several members of our family whom also booked their own spots who experienced the same thing we did. We were in spot 111, we had family in 122, 123, and 129. All but 1 family member experienced being over run with ants. We came prepared for bugs and ants with ant granules and demon spray, but this was not enough to ride the ants from our camp sites. We drove home smashing ants in our truck.

There were lots and lots of ants we had to go to the store and buy ants stuff because they got into our RV

Beautiful lake and nice park. We were there during a bass fishing tournament. Very crowded with trucks and boats parked everywhere. There didnt seem to be any rules on number of vehicles and where you can park. Other than that campers were very friendly and respectful. Bathrooms were clean but old with doors that would stick shut. The whole parks was in desperate need of mowing. The tall grass and weeds is our biggest complaint.

Late April camping trip. Park was mostly occupied by older people like us. Stayed 5 nights. Site was clean and campground was very quiet. Lake was way up do to heavy rains, but fishing was as still good. 4 stars because not all the restrooms on our loop were operable. Probably shouldnt gripe for the price. Staff was very nice. Will stay here again.

We were in site E224. It was beautiful and right on the water. We had great Verizon coverage at our campsite. Loved visiting Jefferson with many antique shops. Ate at McGarritys Restaurant and Saloon several times. Food was delicious!!The restrooms in our section are not kept clean. They were pretty nasty.

Wonderful lake view. Quiet. Bathrooms were ok, not great, and pretty far from my campspot in E114. The site is easy back in. The 30 amp displayed a fault of L1 being reversed, but luckily i had a 30 to 50 adaptor. Warched the wildlife on the lake from my spot. a

Camp site was clean, check in was easy and seamless.Restrooms were a bit of a walk, but very nice to have flushing toilets & showers available.

Bathroom and shower facilities need complete remodeling. They were not user-friendly as it is impossible to shower and dress without getting everything wet. Using restroom requires walking on wet floor if someone has showered before. Roads, driveways and camping areas were well-maintained.

Visited in late march/early April. Weather was beautiful and campsites were very nice. The Lady at the checkpoint was very helpful.

Nice concrete pads. Clean park. Park host friendly. Nice view of the lake. Would come back again.Cons: no hot water in showers, dump station awkward to get in and out, no full hookup.

Pretty park set along the shoreline of the Lake O' the Pines. We had site E224 a shore front site. Beautiful views of the lake. Nice spacious sites with gravel drive and firepit area with a concrete pad for the picnic table. Lots of trees and this site is partly shaded. No problems with water or electric. 2 sided dump station and be accessed when entering or leaving the park. We had usable T Mobile for internet.

Very nice clean campground. We had a beautiful site right on the water, plenty of room for our 40ft motorhome. Lots to explore in the area. We talked with a couple different camp hosts and both were so friendly and helpful! Hope to be back but there are so many COEs to checkout!!

There were three of us couples traveling together and all three campsites were level and well maintained. Gorgeous views and even walking areas for mobility challenged persons with a Walker. We will visit again!

The grounds were extremely overgrown. There were little ants everywhere! We never ended up staying and left at dusk. It was unfortunate that I paid $40 for nothing.

Thanks to all our Supporting Members

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
