The staff was wonderful. The park is clean and orderly. Also very quiet. The guy that cleans the bathrooms does a wonderful job. Pleas pat him on the back for me. Tell him the compliment is from the long haired hippy looking guy. He really enjoyed my compliments, he really does try hard to do a good job.

Quiet, peaceful spots on the app didnt match the open spots in person.

Had to go get a mower and mow our own spot. The grass was so high and it always is when we stay there.

The grounds are in desperate need of maintenance. The gate house is not useable as the roof is damaged. The dump station was closed. The sinks in the restroom on loop A do not work. We set up in our reserved spot and there was a water leak about 6 feet from the spigot. There is no phone number to call anyone on duty, so I had to go knock on doors to find someone. We had to disconnect everything and move our 30' trailer to a new spot and by that time, we were setting up in the dark. The next day, they came by and told us they were going to shut off all the water to the whole park for the weekend and we barely had time to clean out our black water tank. We tore down and left. We paid for two nights and only were able to stay one.

The location is beautiful. The camp sites are nice and private, well spaced. I did not stay overnight like planned. The camp host came by after a while and stated the gates to the park close at 10pm and open at 10am. I needed to be on the road sooner so I packed up and left. I would definitely go back and spend several nights there.

It was A very nice campground. Spots were very large with lots of room to play. It should be noted that many of the spots were not level and finding the location proved challenging with no easily accessible address information.

Parks is very quiet and the views of the lake are pretty nice from the camp site. The park itself is a little run down. The BIG problem for us was the park gate closed at 10 pm and doesnt reopen until 10 am. You can leave anytime but cant enter between those hours. You have to park outside the gate and walk to your site.

We stayed in campsite 7. Camp hosts were great! Bathrooms were excellent! Only issue is the ground was SO muddy. We were slipping a lot, everything covered in mud. Also, since it is next to a lake we got a lot of wind we didnt expect and had to leave a day early because our tents wouldnt stay up at all. Might have been better another day so dont let that deter you, just something to be aware of. The camp was well maintained!

As others have said in their reviews, this park needs some TLC. The lake was beautiful and sunsets stunning. The bathrooms and showers were better than most of the COE campgrounds we have stayed at recently. Showers were clean and hot.

Amazing place, very spread out camping sites. Bathrooms were clean and the manager was extremely nice when doing rounds.

As always making the reservation on line was LONG and difficult Site 29 has a water problem with water running on both sides of the RV. This is a 6 months old problem and should be fixed or at least noted so it isn't used until fixed.

Deshay and Andrew were great hosts. Had difficulty getting into my original site and needed to change. I was in a site across the street from Andrew and Deshay they were always so kind and helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

The gate was closed and padlocked at 10pm, so we were unable to get to our site right at 10 pm. We had set up earlier in the day and left to meet family for dinner. We asked the hosts to let us in, and the husband agreed to let us in, but the wife would not allow it. We had to park outside the gate and walk in. Worst part was that the gate didnt reopen til 10am, so we had to wait to get our truck until then. We were planning to leave early that morning but could not do so since we could not get our truck inside to hook up camper. I dont think a camper who has paid for a site should ever be unable to get in, regardless of the time. The host was outside in the morning, and my husband asked him to please open the gate so we could get the truck in, but he refused to do so until 10am.

This park needs a huge amount of help/funding. The sites are nice and have spectacular views. The roads however are horrible and the check-in office building is in bad shape (its not habitable at this time due to a severe roof failure).
@CliftonR9BCCF1 · Camped on Dec 15, 2023 at Campsite #7
Its been several years and still no work on this park. The entrance building is still abandoned with holes in the roof and the walls. The roads are decaying. They appear to have replaced some sewer plumbing but where they cut the interior roads, they did a poor patch job which has mostly washed out. The exit lane has washed out so badly its scary. Power in one loop has very low voltage.Time this park gets "Built back better!"

We love this Lake and camping here. so it breaks my heart. I have to give only a fair rating.The T04 campsite had poison ivy everywhere. No matter how careful we were my children, my husband and I all got poison ivy rashes.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
