Very frustrating but there is no cancellation button. I have been trying to cancel this reservation for close to a week.

Managed well and a true gem! We will be back!

The camp hosts were ungracious compared with anywhere else we have camped. They were more concerned with people following rules to the most stringent standards rather than being gracious and welcoming. We felt watched like a hawk.

The campground is fabulous, but the site I reserved online was horrible!

Our favorite campsite to date! Beautiful view, plenty of space and shade, short path to shoreline. The only downside for us was not having water or a dump station. Plan ahead and its worth it though! We will be back!

Great view. Close to town but still in the wilds. Hiking trails accessible from the campground, always a plus. This campsite was one of the best. Great views. Large tent pad. We had a Ford Transit van and long bike rack. Plenty of room for that. Larger rig would have trouble. Bear activity while we were there. Tent campers had left food in their tent. Bears ripped through the tent and continued to visit the area throughout our visit. Foxes too. Campground hosts were excellent stewards of the campground. They made countless trips around the campground warning of the bears and instructing proper bear country practices. Despite this, we will return. More to see and hike!

All was good. Fire needed to be cleaned out.

We love the site! Every year we have a family reunion at Haviland Campground, family from AZ and CO, it is a perfect double space spot along with the one next to us. It is so convenient with the water and bathrooms right there. We love the lake for fishing, padding boarding and Kayaking, it is such a beautiful area and they keep it clean.

This place is a gem. We love the fact that we can travel there in a short time, yet feel like we are deep in the mountains. The lake is spectacular and scenic. Great for fishing, paddle boarding or swimming. The campsites are not close together and you have your own space. We absolutely love this place. The camp hosts Mike and Lily do a great job. See you next year..!

The lake gets busy but our campsite was quiet and secluded. Great location to day trip to Silverton or Durango. Caught a few trout Kayaking on the lake July 4th. We spent 3 nights, should have booked a few more. Camp Host Mike was friendly and helpful.

Clean restrooms, well run facility. Super nice and helpful hosts, and an amazing QUIET spot! Our family agreed this place is in our Top Five all time best campgrounds.

We had rainy weather, which doesnt reflect on the camp ground or the host. One area of concern, our neighbor had 5 children, I would guess all under the age of 12, couple of them being little boys. The mens bathroom, for an extended period of time, had urine on and around the toilet. I was surprised and disappointed in the amount of time that elapsed before it was cleaned. Other than glaring issue with the bathroom, we had a nice time, despite the weather.

Lovely shady spot. Quiet campground with spotless outhouses. Couldn't have been any nicer.

We had such a great time. We appreciated that the bathroom was so clean and close to our site. The hosts were so friendly and helpful as well. My recommendation to other campers would be to bring long extension cords to get the electricity from the post to wherever you need it in the site. We also brought a canopy and put it over the table that is provided so that we would always have shade. The fabric to put over the table made everything feel cozy and special.

Beautiful setting that is well maintained by friendly camp hosts. Very cleanThe area is well wooded and the sites are spread out so you are not on top of your neighbors.

Haviland Lake Campground is a fantastic family camp ground. We brought our kids (4 and 2). They had a blast fishing and hiking and sitting by the campfire. We felt very safe and had no issues. The campground is immaculately clean. The bathrooms are so clean that even my kids commented on it. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and even had Smokey The Bear activity books for the kids. We are planning to return!

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
