Ives Run Campground, Tioga, PA

Ives Run Campground in Tioga county is located 47 min southwest of Elmira, NY with an elevation of 1,136 feet. There are a total of 182 campsites. The campground is normally open from the beginning of May to the end of October. 180 sites can accommodate RVs between 30 and 108 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. Each site includes a picnic table and fire ring with grill. 125 sites have electric and water hookups. Fees range from $24.00 to $46.00. Some amenities include shower, dump station, general store, playground, boat ramp, restroom, amphitheater, pay telephone, flush toilets. Activities include boating, fishing, hiking trails, floating sports.

We booked site #100 overlooking the lake. Beautiful site and very spacious. Staff are friendly. Facilities are clean. My only recommendation- bring bottled water for consumption.

We were at Ives run in October the site was good. The fall colors were beautiful. Nice campground we stay here a couple of times a year.

We love everyone about Ives Run! Theres not a bad site in the park. The sites in the main park are paved, well spaced, all have electricity, most have water, and some have sewer also. In Autumn the foliage is beautiful. We dont have a boat, but the boat ramp and dock are very large and lots of room. If you are a fisherman or hiker this is a great place to stay.

Beautiful campground. Lake front campsite. Fall colors out and leaves falling. Bathrooms could use a little more attention. Need to have more maps and camp info at the office since the office is closed. Side note recreation.gov needs to modify their reservation process so if there are sites available you should be able to reserve the same day or drive in and be able to camp. Their 24 hr reservation window is not for every one.

This is simply a great park! Can't say enough good about this place. All good sites, great areas to walk and hike. The staff were all outstanding. Police presence driving thru checking on things who were nice guys. The water is right there for fishing, kayak, swimming. We will return. Only downside is the distance of the power boxes on many sites.

Tough to get to site as not enough signs. Front entrance was barricaded so had to go all the way to the boat launch and then back. Harder with a 40 ft fifth wheel.

We enjoyed our time there. One of the best sites! The hosts were very helpful!Must go to the scenic lookout not far from the site, and of course, the Pa Grand Canyon! Beautiful !

We had a lovely time. We stayed in the more primitive section, down the one mile road (pine run?). The other areas seem very well suited to RV's (not my thing). The lake is beautiful and we found a few nice trails to explore. We will be back sometime with our kayaks. See you then!

This campground is an excellent choice for anyone ! There are many full hookup sites, more with electric and water only and some primitive sites. There are a few trails to hike, and biking around the camp loops and around the whole park is great. Boating and fishing and swimming areas. Will definitely be back !

They do not allow hanging from trees and do not inform you of this until you arrive at the site. We were there to hammock camp and were not allowed to stay.

We have been camping at Ives Run for years with our 30 ft C-class. The other campers are always friendly and courteous of others. Camp hosts are aways available. Facilitys perfectly clean with a retro feel to them.
