Upon arrival we found that the park had a water boil in effect. But what we found was mud coming out of the water supply to the camper. The water was un-usable we only used it in the toilet never used our filter or showered. We left the next morning and found another campground. I spoke to someone at the campground and he said that they have a problem with the water lines, that there seems to be a break in the line somewhere and it is flushing in the dirt. WE should have gotten a letter stating this fact so that we had a chance to cancel and find something else.

We camp with friends and family 3-4 times a year here and have always had a great time. The staff keeps the lawn and grounds well kept and are constantly picking up trash and checking in on campers. Amazing! See you next time

The OLD restroom needs to be replaced or a massive amount of work to upgrade the facility needs to be done...

Bunch of kids riding a motorcycle up and down the area hollering all throughout the night, but the campground was well maintained and a boat ramp is nearby so three stars

Campsite was very clean. We had great people camped near and they were very helpful when we had boat trouble. Washunga is a very quiet and beautiful area.

The campsite was great with a good view of the lake. My only complaint was that you built a brand new bathroom facility and it was closed. Why? Also the nearby atv park was closed. Why? You have some nice facilities but it seems like you close them down early.

Stay was good. But they starting burning off and clearing land and smoked the whole campground out. Very Smokey

Camp host was friendly and patrolled regularly. Cleaning crew every day, so that was good. Quiet during my visit. It looks like the new bathroom/shower facilities will be open soon (Spring 2023), so that's something to look forward to.

Toilet is still loose

The view was pretty, and we enjoyed the peacefulness of the campground, but the water was DISGUSTING. Brown doesn't even describe the color of the water running out of the RV hook up faucet. Then on our second night there, we were TOLD that the water was being shut off. No warning or mention that this would be an issue when temperatures fall below 0 at night. My husband and I both said that we can mark that Lake off our camping locations!

Campsite was reasonably clean and well maintained. Showers were hot but not very clean. Lots of spiders and bugs. USACE closed the showers in the middle of our stay for “winterization” but that was not disclosed anywhere on the reservation website.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
