Riverside (Estacada) Campground, Estacada, OR

Riverside (Estacada) Campground is located in the Clackamas River Ranger District of the Mt. Hood National Forest (1 hr 5 min southeast of Gresham, OR) with an elevation of 1,653 feet. There are a total of 15 campsites. The campground is normally open from mid May to the beginning of September. 2 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 24 and 38 feet. All sites are currently reservable. There is a fee of $19.50 per night.

Loved this site and our camp spot. 15 is tucked away at the end and has private access to the river. Big enough for 2 - 4 tents easily!

Great little campground! VERY quiet and peaceful. Definitely pick a campsite that is on the River - the inner campsites looked lame. There is no great access down to the river directly from your camp spot. My family enjoyed the Riverside Trail, which starts at this campground. You can hop off the trail at various points and explore some of the riverside beaches.

Great huge, private site at the end of the loop (15). River visible through the trees and beach if you walk down the embankment. There is a trail next to the site for a bit, but we weren't disturbed by it. This campground is next to a road above, but it wasn't too busy. The friend I came with called it an A+ site.

The google map directions do not lead you to the correct campground. We had to keep driving east to find the campground. The campground nice. Check which site you reserve, because some of them are hike in.
