Kingfisher Campground, Estacada, OR

Kingfisher Campground is located in the Clackamas River Ranger District of the Mt. Hood National Forest (1 hr 18 min southeast of Gresham, OR) with an elevation of 1,801 feet. There are a total of 22 campsites. The campground is normally open from the end of May to the end of October. 6 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers up to 20 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Fees range from $26.00 to $52.00.

Site 12 is an absolute gem! Direct access to the Collawash River, many trees to hang a hammock, and enough room for two or three tents. Close proximity to the vault toilets and water pump, too. If you weren't lucky enough to book this site yourself, please be respectful of whoever is staying there and avoid trampling through their camp to access the river.

Such a lovely campsite! There is a small cave, a cool river to sum into on hot days amongst a lush green forest. Loved having potable water available and vaulted toilet.
