Beautiful location at the river bend. Recreational kayaking in the pool off of sites 16/17 and then upstream to the east maybe a quarter mile. Spent the day on the rocky landing just around the bend to the east from 16/17; sunny until late afternoon. Note that some sites are fairly small and site parking quite tight. Most frustrating though was that there has been some site renumbering not reflected in the map online. 17 was an empty host site, and 17 posted where 10 is on the map, with the yurt on 10 removed (yurt platform broken). This is frustrating and disappointing because our group purposely booked 17 and 19, but was separated instead of across from each other. Campground had no host while we were there in mid August.

The only downside to this site is the lack of coverage between neighboring sites and the dirty toilet paper left on the path to the river. (Yuck!)

Great little campground. Plan to go back in the future.

The site did not have individual parking and was "walk-in" (50yds or so), parking was near the restroom or if unused near sites 4, 5, or 6. The road was very narrow for anything more than one single vehicle, no parking/room for a short travel trailer(<10ft). Self-caused issue due to lack of research, but clearer descriptions for sites would be helpful. Was forced to not use site/reservation and camped elsewhere that weekend at a nearby campsite.

We stayed in the Yurt. The campsite was clean, comfortable, and large. The camp host was helpful and polite. Planning on going back next year.

This campsite and the experience was truly amazing. The campsite itself was beautiful; there was enough room between each individual site so that you did not feel on top of one another. We had a larger group and were able to grab 2 sites right next to each other, which worked out well for us. The site manager was super nice and even offered up firewood for others to use! There was a hiking trail just a couple of minutes away from the campsite across the bridge. Our group initially intended on hiking this trail, but we found a pathway that lead down to the water with some rocks and a medium patch of sand. We spent hours on this little beach taking in the scenery and enjoying the sunlight! We are already planning on heading back to Fish Creek this coming summer!!!

Thanks to all our Supporting Members

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
