Great campground with easy hikes by the river, and many more challenging hikes if desired. All within walking distance.

The campground is lovely and well laid out but there was almost no toilet paper in the entire campground. It seems a small thing but the bathrooms were all dirty as well.

FIRST OFF-this site is absolutely gorgeous. Perfectly located in relation to the trails. HOWEVER, due to the way the instructions are worded, and some construction that was going on around/near the area, and the fact that GPS refused to recognize this place...even by the actual longitude/latitude, we ended up not able to reach out destination to be able to enjoy both nights of our stay. We actually ended up, well...we ended up wayyyyyy up a mountain/forestry road, several miles away from the site, and due to the lack of signal, and visibility, it was a pretty traumatic ordeal. THAT BEING SAID...I 100000000% recommending staying at this place, just make sure you stop in Darrington and pick yourself up a physical map, don't just iffy signals. Even Garmin couldn't keep up, y'all.

We enjoyed our stay at Sulpher Creek Campground. The road to get there was rough (check WTA for road conditions), but got better after the Green Mountain road. We towed our high-clearance travel trailer up there, and it was a long, slow drive. Definitely don't recommend for most travel trailers. There isn't great privacy among the campsites, but the location is beautiful. Clean campsites and bathrooms.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
