Clean and quiet! Site was in fine shape and we enjoyed walking down the nearby trail to the lake, even though the actual shoreline was quite rocky and the water level low. Would stay here again.

Nice quiet campground in mid-week. Well maintained. There was a bit of a gnat infestation in the bathrooms, but that is probably due to the season and is not a reflection of the quality of the park operation and maintenance. I would like to see fewer external lights on the bathrooms to protect dark sky viewing (that might even reduce the bug population in and around the bathrooms!)

We had a good experience other than the bathrooms. The bathroom/shower house was very dirty and the drain was not working so there was nasty standing water in the shower and we were unable to use it. Also, the lack of fish cleaning stations was disappointing. For the amount of people using the lake there should be plenty more stations for cleaning fish.

Was our first time there and it was perfect. Nice and quite. Had fun fishing and floating. Like it so much we are going again in a couple weeks.

Fabulous stay! Our second stay at Indian Creek. This time with sewer and water hookups which made the stay even better. Not a very far walk to shower house/restrooms and dumpster. This site was fairly flat, long, plenty of shade. Nice firepit and picnic table. The site was clean, freshly mowed and obviously maintained. We had neighbors all directions but each site is large and spacious with a lot of trees and vegetation in between, you are not stacked on top of one another. It is peaceful and neighbors were quiet and considerate. Getting ready to book stay #3 before the season is over. Indian Creek is very enjoyable and relaxing and everyone is friendly. We highly recommend any site within this campground.

I had site 45 it was okay like many of the spots not the levelest spot, but it worked. Bathhouse worked but a little bit to be desired but i was roughing it in my camper with an AC. I was there from Sunday to Wednesday very quite. The host was very nice, but I did not know where to go I had to find the spot myself. Went to the Mark Twain house it was interesting. Walk some trails to the lake got lots of chiggers, but that goes with roughing it. The park itself was very clean. I wished the map had better pictures of the sites. Over all we had a nice experience.

Quiet, spacious campground! We also had a great experience renting a pontoon from the marina and enjoying a day on the lake. We camp here at least twice a year. They have great new shower houses that are great!

Site was not level and in description no mention of slant. All utilities worked fine and easy hook-ups. Along way to get to camp ground but worth it, clean & quite.

We always have a great experience at Indian Creek. It is our go-to campground in this area. We enjoy the beach and enjoy going to the marina.

Check in was super easy. Our campsite however was trashy. Someone had dumped out some food on the ground and there were HUGE Black Ants ALL OVER EVERYTHING! There is no real access from the camping area to the lake and the bBathrooms/Shower House was filthy and smelled horrid. We left before morning and wont be back.
@AmyD6769657 · Camped on Jul 3, 2024 at Campsite #168
Nice large space on a curve, directly across from shower house/bathrooms which was super convenient. Shower house is very nice, new, cleaned daily. Nice spot with plenty of space, shade, views, firepit, picnic table and wildlife. This location is within walking distance to the lake. A man-made walkway down to the water was a plus, we sat on the rocky shore and watched all the boaters, swimmers and fishermen. Deer are abundant all over this campground. Heavily wooded. Peaceful! Our first trip to Indian Creek West and we have already booked the next.

We love Indian Creek campground. The camp sites are spread out with most having long pads. The only negative is that cell service (AT&T) is very weak in the area.

Does not have 50 amp service or sewer hookups for extended stays.

Two camp host occupying 2 campsites and they dont cover all 7 days of the week. Nobody manning the access point on Sundays and Mondays makes for confusion. Above came into play when my reserved spot was occupied with a camper and no one around. Went and woke up a camp host to find a solution after doing a 360 walk around of the access point for local contact numbers for them or a park rangernone found. Think I blundered into a commercial operation that spots campers for rent using federal facility and they had not removed the rental on Memorial Day. Recommend this site be investigated for the commercial op and for allowing two camp host not cover all 7 days at the access site.

This is one of our favorite campgrounds. Sites are big and spacious. Great for bike riding. The swim beach is nice. We have rented boats at the marina and that was a great experience.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
