Nemo Landing Campground, Pittsburg, MO

Nemo Landing Campground in Hickory county is located 1 hr 7 min north of Springfield, MO with an elevation of 903 feet. There are a total of 115 campsites. The campground is normally open from mid April to the end of September. 106 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 20 and 45 feet. All sites are currently reservable. 39 sites have electric and water hookups. 25 sites have electric hookups. Fees range from $14.00 to $200.00.

our very first time camping here was a learning experience making reservations on an app but they made it very easy and we loved being able to pick our site We meet a few people was very kind not one bad moment with other folks! Absolutely loved the owners! Such a sweet couple!! Only down fall we had at our site the ledge should add another layer of wood so littles cant fall off! Overall will be coming back also love there beach

Our family has camped at Nemo for 34 years straight and we have never been so disappointed with the cleanliness of the campground and restrooms/showers. To top it off, the attendants were very unfriendly.

The campground was beautiful. The area was well maintained. We decided to stay an extra day to enjoy the beauty of the lake and area!!! The park attendant was very nice :)

Had a great weekend on the lake! Beautiful area, clean campgrounds, nice boat ramp, easy water access for kayaks from sure 89-90. Sites are really close together. Just be aware.

It's a great spot. It can be a little tricky to back in to with a longer rig. There are trees on both sides of the road in a corner, and the road is narrow. So watch the trees. It's an amazing site though.

Great place, especially if you have little ones. Nice sandy beach and no drop offs into the lake, clean showers and bathrooms. They lost power (we were no electric anyways) but the park ranger on duty was going around checking on everyone

Best place ever. Almost 40 years camping here and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Love the new park hosts Carl and Carol. They do an excellent job.

Beautiful clean and quite campground with nice hosts. The sad part, I got the "last reservation ". As is so often the case at campgrounds now is that there were many much nicer sites that were open due to cancelations and no shows. This is a big problem at all federal sites especially national parks. The rolling open of cancelation sites doesn't work as bots snag those slots

Hosts were very personable and helpful. The facilities were very clean and well kept. Cell Service through Verizon was a nice amenity too.

We had booked from 9-18 through 9-22 but came down a day early. Our space was not occupied so we set up camp and at 7:00 we went to the registration booth and added the 17th to our reservation. It was easy and fast. No issues to do this at all.

We love staying at this campground. Clean, well kept, friendly camp hosts, and so close to the marina. Beach access for swimming, boat dock and lots of lake shore access, and plenty of paved road to ride bikes or scooters. Large campsites and pet friendly as well. Its enjoyable for the whole family! And a Dollar General and bowling alley just a few minutes away. Make sure to dine at the Crappie Hole!

The facilities were clean. They were all friendly. The water was warm & clean and the beach at the campground was sandy and perfect for everyone to build sand castles and play in! I was very happy with our camping experience and we will be going back again. This campground is also close enough that we were able to go to the Lucas Oil Speedway for races on Saturday night. The whole experience was GREAT!

Well kept beautiful park, adequate camping lots and friendly staff.My only negative is the lack of speed enforcement, most of the people with or without RVs were driving 20+ mph - not safe with all the children present.
