Tight turns for larger travel trailers. This whole campground meant for tents and small pod trailers. Camp hosts were helpful and courteous.

We love Christie campground. It is the only place we camp now. The camp hosts, Mary and Diane keep things nice and clean and are very friendly.

Loved the location and the vibes. Beautiful landscape of trees and Eagle Lake. Camp hosts were amazing!! Was there beginning of June and the mosquitos were rampant so bring repellent of some kind. :)

The campground was quite and clean the weekend of our visit. The camp hosts pleasant and helpful. We didnt use the facilities but the area was well kept. The sites are well spaced. We had to cleverly maneuver around some low hanging branches, and that was our only concern.

First time at Eagle Lake, and the Christie campground facility was very nicely arranged and kept. Plenty of flush toilets around the grounds, and all within walking distance from every site. Quiet hours were posted everywhere, and mentioned by the friendly camp hosts, and everyone seemed to adhere to the times. Bike/hike trail to the marina and beach was great and easy to navigate on our ebikes. Lots of trees around each site, which helps with the sweltering summer sun. The only negative was a few of the group sites had multiple dogs running around off-leash, even though it's well stated that dogs must be leashed. I get that some dog owners believe their pets are so well trained that no leash should ever be necessary, but the rule is there for a reason. If you don't like it, leave your pet at home, inside your RV, or stay somewhere else.

Beautiful, quiet campground! The sites are flat and easy to get into with an RV and the bathrooms are nice and clean! The camp hosts were so friendly and accommodating! Nice bike path to the marina! We will definitely be back!

My wife and I had a great time at Christie Campground. The campground was clean, and the campsites had the pine needles, pine cones, and small branches removed. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the lake. The path to the other campgrounds was great. There were a few small hills, but for the most part was pretty level. Our campsite (#19) only needed 1-2 inches of adjustment. I walked the dog along all three loops, and the vast majority of sites looked as level as ours. The hosts were helpful and available. The only issue was beyond the control of the hosts or campground. As its close to a lake, and it just started getting warm again, it was pretty buggy in the morning until 11 AM. The bugs returned around 5 PM. We would like to visit this campground again.

It was THE quietest campground I have ever stayed the night. It was late in the season so we had the place almost to ourselves. Beautiful lake too.

The details so that there was laundry and showers there but there was not. The college that supposed to be running the marina has not opened it therefore there are no showers or laundry facilities. The lake is almost totally gone but the fishermen were happy because they got to catch and keep. I dont think Ill be returning here.

The campsite was great; clean, plenty of trees, we didnt feel like we were right on top of out neighbors. Eagle lake was unfortunately disappointing. Sadly, the water level is really low, so there is blue-green algae which meant that our dogs ended up getting sick since they swam in it when we first got there because we didn't know. One of the members of our group was really grossed out by the water because of all the algae and the smell of low tide that she never ended up getting into the water. So.. if you don't need recreational water, or you don't have dogs that like to swim and you don't mind gross water, the campsite is great otherwise.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
