The only negative to this whole trip is a major road runs past this campground which can get noisy at times. Our site was site 9 and it was on the water. There was water and power at the site but had to use the dump station for black and grey water, so a good idea to carry a blue boy with you. The staff was friendly and the CG was well kept

site 23 is not a true pull through to much up hill and corners are to sharp would not book again

We love staying here. Campsites are spacious and most have a water view. Everyone is friendly.

I really enjoyed camping at Watsadler campground This is my favorite campground to stay at, and I also like Springfield too, I wish the jail will allow golf carts

Nice campground. Bathrooms were clean. There was plastic and trash in the fire pit, but I gather they have been having that problem. Certainly not the fault of the volunteers, who, by the way we're super friendly. I'll go back for sure.

We were just looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy the view. This place was perfect. Large level sites, waterfront, clean, friendly helpful staff, great place to spend a little time.

The Photo on the campground reservation site is WRONG. This site 44 is much smaller. The campground staff did everything they could to help me make it work. Other option drive 4 hours to back home and lose part of my reservation fee. Easy solution, get right picture or remove misleading picture now. We managed to make it work, cramped, no room for grandkids tent. The campground and staff were great.

A very relaxed and peaceful environment. Dogs enjoyed their walks and the site was most enjoyable with a view of the water, shaded by lovely trees. It was also nice & private.

Site 36: Beautiful view of the lake. It does have rocks along the shore so there is no lake access without crawling over rocks. There is an incline backing into the site which made it interesting unhooking from the truck. We had talked to a ranger prior to booking this site to see if our trailer would fit as it's 35'. Trailer fit fine, but the truck just fit without sticking out onto the road and sat at an incline. Be sure to spray for ants.

There is no soap in the bathrooms! 2 showers but only 1 little bench about 1 foot square to put your stuff. This is not good!! The other person must put their stuff in the floor which can be dirty and have bugs. I've put this in review for the past 3 years. Does anybody even read these reviews?
