Normally I love duck creek, but on this particular time I visited it, there was 4 vehicles that pulled up to the camp sight right next to mine and set up tents right in front of my trailer. I was uncomfortable not being able to sit out front my trailer due to the awkwardness of them so close. I had reported the situation to the host and was told there was no rule as far as where they could or couldnt set up their tents. So I packed up and went home.

The location is beautiful but I really wish they would have generator free camping areas. I, and I imagine many others, do not go camping to listen to loud generators being run most of the day. I want to be able to get away from loud human noises and hear the sounds of nature.

The campground host was very helpful! Loved our stay and having water and dump station so close to the campsites.

We were not impressed with the gentleman who was in charge of the folks managing the campground. He was curt, rude and impatient. The other staff were generally pleasant and helpful. We're excited to see the changes being made in the other loops in the Duck Creek Campground. We have camped at Duck Creek nearly every summer for over 60 years. Our family loves to return annually and we hope to continue with the tradition. It's a shame that a sour disposition from staff exists. If you need additional details, please contact me.

Wonderful lush setting between birch trees. Toilet with running fresh water.

Very clean and quiet campground. Paved sites a big plus.

We stayed at site A17, beautiful campground and site conviently close to waterspigot and toilet. Toilets were very clean when we arrived but due to intensified usage during the weekend it was not as clean as first. Otherwise we would have rated this campground as excellent.

I love this campground. I've been coming here since I was a child & I'm in my 70's now. Still great. I've never stayed in the A Loop before but this summer it was the only one available due to construction. We heard a little noise from the highway & from the construction but it wasn't bad. And I'm sure the improvements will definitely be worth the inconveniences of this season.Great campground host.

A large part of the campgrounds was closed due to construction. After we got to our site, we took our dog for a walk. Our walk took us to the roads of the closed loops where we were confronted by the camp host who was walking her dogs. She told us we could not walk in the closed area and scolded us in that we had passed trespassing signs. When we walked back to the entrance we did not see a No trespassing sign. We also took a trail behind the campground and were later told that the trail was closed. We did not see a sign of closure or on the campground webpage. Loop A was in good shape. Lots of trees although some sites did not have shade. We will return.

Most of the campground is closed for construction. The noise was not too bad.

We were a tent surrounded by RVs and their loud generators on all sides. This campsite does not have any kind of RV-specific sections or put any limitations on generator use beyond the typical quiet hours of 10pm-6am (which also were not respected). The camping experience is really ruined when you can't hear nature, the crackle of your campfire, or even your partner talking to you from the tent. Severe disappointment that more care isn't given to preserve the whole being-in-nature thing. Other than that the campsite was just okay. You could easily hear the traffic on the large road. Having potable water was a plus, as were the running water sink and flush toilets. No hiking trails from the campsite, but decently close to Zion and Bryce NPs.

Wonderful place to camp with your family and friends. No reception for Verizon, but that just made it that much better! The campsite was beautiful, spacious and kept very clean.

Construction is going on so understand the early morning construction noise. The Camphost, Leah, phenomenal. Super nice and giving us updates on the construction and how the summer should be. We will be coming back and hope to see Leah again. She keeps everything clean and the restrooms were spotless.

I had reservations but apparently they closed the section for the reservation. Luckily there were plenty of available sites and I was able to take any available site.

Well the campsite was amazing! We found the best spot ever and will be back. However the camp hosts were horrible. They were very unfriendly, wouldn't even wave back at you. They kept driving back and forth past our spot just to look for anything to complain about. We had nothing against camp rules. One explained that they were tired of being there and wanted to go back home after a long summer. We were reserved for the last 2 days of the season. The camp hosts shut the bathroom down a day early so they didn't have to deal with it on the last day of the season. They really need new youthful friendly people to host that camp next year. They were not welcoming at all. Other than that, it was an awesome place to camp.

Only stayed a couple nights but a fantastic quiet little area to kick back and relax! Supplied firewood and duck creek village is super close by with a general store for anything else. Neighbors are pretty close and no rules around generators, but staff was awesome!

This was an amazing campground and very central to other great destinations like Mammoth cave, Navajo Lake, Cascade Falls, and Cedar Breaks. We loved the flush toilets, the woods right be the campsite, and the fact that a small lava flow was close by our campsite to explore.

Beautiful group site at my favorite campground. The amphitheater pictured is not at the site itself, but nearby.

Duck Creek is always amazing! On this trip, we unexpectedly had to abandon our site to go home due to the craziest thunderstorm weve ever been out in. It was so violent, we had chipmunks hopping up into our camper van to escape the storm. Definitely an interesting experience.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
