A very nice campground amongst the trees and view of Panguitch Lake from our site. Quiet and clean. The staff was very friendly.

Wonderful stay to close out the weekend! Beautiful site, so clean! Bathrooms in excellent condition. Dump station is right down the road at white bridge for 8.00. Ranger Junior and Campground host Leo were more than helpful and accommodating!

Nice campground. It was clean and camp host were nice without being intrusive. Cant wait to go back during the week and not a holiday weekend.

Restrooms replaced with port-a-potty. As a tent camper this just sucks. Not super dirty, but pretty full. No info given about this at the time of reservation. Tent pads are not really tent pads either. Just a cleared out spot on the ground. Not level at all. Never saw a camp host. Very noisy campground. Lots of party and booze going on.

Great roomy and wooded campsites. No access to the lake from there but you can drive to it. Beautiful country in every direction, and would especially drive the Mammoth Creek Road to highway 14.

When we arrived at 4:00 we were told the water was locked and only available between 9-12. Check-in isnt even until 1:00 so we had to drive around with a 34 ft trailer trying to find somewhere to get water. Per website, no ATVs/SXS in campground, even just to drive out. Called phone # from rec.gov page and was told they may make an exception due to only having a toy hauler and we wouldnt be trailering ATVs to trailheads with it. We took the ATVs in a chance they would. They wouldnt, however the camp host said they are starting to allow street legal SXS since that is some peoples transportation I call BS when camping there, they got to the campground with a real vehicle. It was frustrating when some SXS were allowed to head to the trails, but we couldnt with our smaller, quieter 4-wheelers. The lake itself isnt a swimming lake, i tried to determine that before getting there but there really wasnt any good info. There were hundreds of dead fish of all sizes all along the shoreline. Its full of thick seaweed quite a ways into the lake. We took the paddle boards/kayaks out one day. Once we got pretty far into the lake the water was beautiful, but theres no way I was getting off the board. There were a lot of people fishing though.We received notice the day before checkout that now the water station as well as the dump station were temporarily closed.Even with these frustrations, we had a fabulous week. The campground was really beautiful with so many pine trees and a view of the lake. We were able to hike down to the river from the campground and some family members really had a good time fishing at the river.We had some friends join us for one night and they had room on their ATV trailer for our machines so we were able to explore trails for a day. The ones we found were beautiful and fun.

Beautiful site with plenty shade in the warmer months. The site we had faced a pond which we didnt care for but the sunrise/sunset made up for it.

We stayed a week in the north campground. It was busy when we arrived on Sunday, July 7 probably due to the 4th of July weekend. It got much quieter starting the next day. This was probably the cleanest I have ever seen the facilities in the 20 years I have been camping here. The camp host, Sheri, was very polite and helpful and was always available. She even delivered firewood to our site. Leo (I think) was very helpful and pleasant when we saw him at the dump station. It was good to see the dump station working properly this trip. I think the camp host has the ability to make a great camping trip or a terrible one by the way she manages the campground and the people. It could not have been a better experience and I attribute that to Sheri. I hope she is there again next year as I am planning four or five stays.

Very nice campground with trees, elbow room, fresh air, flush toilets, no cell service and lots of stars at night. So much better than the commercial campgrounds that are twice the cost and packed like sardines. Our rv trailer is 29 feet and there was just enough room to maneuver it. Would recommend it again.

Quiet and clean park. Our site #11 had a PeekABoo view of the Lake. We visited Cedar Breaks National Park which was less than 30 minutes away.

Nice views of the night sky and the lake. Quiet sites with plenty of room. The bathroom facilities are basic and not always easy to get to depending upon your site.

No one around; maybe 6 spots with campers. Deer walking through, fishing good, Burger Barn. Peaceful and quiet!

Sherri was AWESOME!! Hope I spelled her name right. She was in charge of the section of the campground we stayed in. The reservation site section. She is a wealth of information and a joy to talk with. She always has a smile on her face and is an awesome camp host. Great representative of a perfect camp manager. Great job!!!Kevin & Beth House

This is one of our favorite camping spots. We come every year. It’s always clean and quiet. They had a new camp host this year who was not as friendly as years past. Everyone at the general store down the road is super friendly and the fishing at the lake is top notch.

Camp sites were clean. There was a large group of young people that had me concerned but they were well behaved in the evening. Fishing was sort of slow

Wonderful campground, we stayed 5 nights in a tent. All sites are well spaced apart, quiet on weekdays and quietened on the weekend around 10.30pm. Sherie and Jack as campsite managers were super friendly and helpful. Site 44 is flat for tent or rv, good picnic table and fire ring. Nothing behind or infront of site, site 43 is closest to west but a good distance, site to east is maybe 80m away. Toilet block around 60m in front of site - easy to access but far enough away to avoid noise or smell (not that there was any). Wood $8 delivered to our site by campground managers and burnt well, plenty of kindling on ground. Note the high elevation of campsite, it was a bit chilly at night.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
