Beautiful campground, reserved all sites and pavilion for a long weekend with friends and family. Ample space for all, clean facilities and easy access to an amazing sandy beach. Camp host Liz was friendly and helpful.

Campsite B by the lake is a gem. We wished the Men's room was more than just a one-holer, but overall everything was fabulous.

We have stayed at this Group Camp on and off for the past 20 years. This year was by far the worst experience. 1) Showers have always been available at this Group Camp. When we booked the reservation a year in advance, showers were advertised. Upon arrival we found out that the showers were closed. This was not communicated to us in advance by email, phone or on the rec.gov website. 2) The restroom facilities were filthy and not being maintained properly. The large garbage can in the women's and men's restroom was not emptied for our entire stay, even though there were dirty diapers and other items in them. The toilets and sinks were not wiped down as we made it a point to observe the condition everyday. Walls around the toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned the entire summer. The floor was covered in dirt and who knows what else. A facility card on the restroom door was checked off as the restroom being "scrubbed" everyday by the person that was supposed to be cleaning them. That was a total fabrication. The only thing the maintenance person did was drop off extra toilet tissue and empty small trash cans into the larger one.

Our group stayed 7 nights total. We expected there to be working showers. Camp host said the pipes were broken. There was a sign that said closed do to covid. The website said there would be working showers when I booked the site. The sink faucets in both bathrooms were not working properly. The bathrooms were filthy and smelly and were not cleaned the entire time we were there even though they were marked as such. Garbage cans in the bathrooms were never dumped. The only thing done was to supply toilet paper. There was garbage in our campsite when we arrived. I have stayed there off and on for the last 18 years and it has never been this bad. When we leave the site we leave our site spotless. I have not seen any improvements or upkeep to the site to demand the price that it costs to stay there. We love the location and the convenienced the showers provided for our kids. It would also be nice if something could be done about the dust. Some sort of ground cover. I know it's camping but he whole site is dirt and dust.

our camp host was magnificent. WE accidentally booked just the covered picnic area and he was able to come up with a solution to help my family camping trip. I absolutely thank him 100 percent. Your online area and description of that area is wrong. though.

Access to the lake was somewhat difficult but the site was clean and the bathrooms were easily accessible.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
