First time at this campsite. Was a nice place to stay. Had first time campers and they liked the campsite.

Bathrooms smelled bad. Overpowering odor even at the campsites most distant from bathrooms.

Enjoy our stay, very clean, appreciative the bathrooms that maintained

Campsite 8 only has space for one vehicle which was not apparent anywhere on this site and none of our neighbors with only one vehicle willing to trade with us so we had to get a hotel. No overflow parking.

Love camping in Sedona

Nice campground. Good host. Very clean bathrooms - appreciated the lights inside. Our site wasnt the best due to being next to the bathroom and across from the host (not very private), but we chose it online which is always a gamble.

We enjoyed our trip here. Smaller campsite and good sized sites. It was a little ways out of town but near good areas to hike and explore. Our spot next to the bathrooms was a little stinky (although the bathrooms inside were pretty clean and didnt smell that bad).

Great place to camp

We camped for 3 nights and while the spaces are pretty close to each other, we had a great time. Campsite 13 backed up to the creek and was probably one of the campsites that was furthest from the road which can get pretty loud during the day but nice and quiet at night. Never encountered the camp host. We had full cell service using T-Mobile. Drop toilets were close but not to close and pretty clean. Lots of skunks at night.

Great campground with convenient location to town and access to trails/parks. Only complaint was road noise from Route 89, campground sits right off the road.
@BrennenS1B4387 · Camped on Sep 18, 2024 at Campsite #33
The location of the campground is great, and our spot was visibly beautiful. The bathrooms are not well maintained at all, you can smell them no matter where you are, and using them is rough because of the smell. Weve used a lot of privies in the past and these were bad. Not a bad place for a one night stay.

The on site rangers, older lady and husband were extremely rude. Except the an older gentleman in a golf cart in site 87 or 89 I believe his name was Brian. He went out of his way to help. The rangers in the corner in front of site 1 &2 were "off duty" all 4 days we were there. We tried to buy firewood and ice since we wanted to help the small business and they wouldn't even talk to us. All they would say is "we're off duty, go look for the other ranger" which was crossing the street. Not once did they come out from their campsite to assist in anything. I would not recommend this campsite especially those site #s

We had a perfect spot for this campground. We prefer cave springs but its closed. Camp hosts were friendly and kept the areas clean. Checked in on us as it was just us 2 women w trailer. Would stay again.

Family and I love this campground. Sites are always clean, restrooms always stocked and as clean as vault toilets can be! Ha!You can buy wood and ice onsite which is nice. Only problem we had this time was that the skunks were out of control! They harassed us every night and were not afraid of us at all!

The campsite is really close to the bathroom, while convenient, also stinky at times. When the wind blows you may catch a whiff and its not pleasant. The second downside of being this close to the bathroom is that theres a bright light that shines all night long, pretty much ruining star gazing. It also made it difficult to fall asleep as the light shined right through my tent. Other than that, it was good.

It's terrible that I have to leave a 2 star review. This little campground is gorgeous. Sedona needs more campgrounds. Plus the free flowing artesian well is located at the end of it. But... here's the problem. The vault toilets need some kind of maintenance. Maybe the stuff RVs use. The STENCH was appalling. And it became worse Monday morning when the truck came to pump the waste. We threw all our stuff in our truck and left ASAP. Please please do something about the vault toilets. The smell really was horrific. We saw other people pack up and leave too.

Is close to the road - but as such, not too far from some good hiking trails. Campground hosts were most friendly and hospitable and helped to make the 2 nights spent at CG a nicer experience. Thank you

Great Campground! We have been going to Cave Springs Campground down the road for years. It was closed this year which made us give Pine Flats a try. Because we have and RV it was actually easier to maneuver in this campground with close access to the creek. We love the natural spring being in walking distance to fill up our water.

Beautiful campground with the best smelling vault toilets I've ever encountered! The nightly visit by the skunks was highly entertaining. It would have been nice if the campground hosts had been a little more responsive.

This campground was great to get away for a couple days. The hosts, Brian and Katie were so friendly! They made my stay that much better! The only thing to watch out for are the skunks at night. I never had a problem with them, but they will walk in and out of the campground once it's dark, into the early morning hours. Make sure to give them space and not corner them. If they don't feel threatened, they are not going to spray. I will definitely stay here in the future.

Katie and Bryan are awesome! Super friendly, warm and welcoming! Cant wait to come back and see them again! I love that the creek is directly along the site, that fires are welcome and the site and amenities were always clean. Thank you!Numina (Nums)

First time at PineFlat site 5. and it was a great experience. Camps are on top of one another so not much privacy. Tent pads are some of the largest and best we have had. Camp hosts were friendly and worked hard. Restrooms were clean but smelly. Water was low but we enjoyed the cooler weather and hiking in the area. Fresh spring water and friendly campers.
@CesarRAC7BC8A9 · Camped on Aug 4, 2024 at Campsite #38
It was a great place to camp it is only 15 minutes from slide rock. The only bad is that there are too many skunks at night time so you have to be very careful when you walk to the restroom, and there are no showers close by you will need to drive for one hour to a gas station that has a truck stop

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
