Campsite was spacious and campground was well maintained. The toilets were very clean. The surrounding forest was beautiful, you could see it through the trees.

we've been coming here for 20 years. camping for the las 10 years. Always have a great time .usually get the site we like.The improvements to the road and addition of electrical are great . One thing we'd like to see improved is the fire rings,While they are safe , they are so deep that the fire can't get enough oxygen and results in a smoldering , smokey unplesant fire , Maybe a few holes near the bottom would remedy this problem

Very well kept camp ground. Nice boat ramp and fishing dock. swimming beach is small but adequate. Camp sites are very nice with good spacing between. Firewood is easily found around the sites. Rest rooms are primitive but reasonably clean, not smelly and have hand sanitizer dispensers. I definitely would stay here again.

Overall the campground is good. This is the second time that we have stayed there. The bathrooms are clean, the campground is pretty quiet, electricity at our site worked. We had planned on filling up our water tank at the campground but we had to carry it from the well to the trailer as there wasn''t a hose to fill up the tank at the pump. Probably a government regulation. The one think we couldn't get was wood for our campfire as the host didn't have any. Pavilion was nice to have our reunion.

We enjoyed our stay. We spent two days in the campground enjoying the beach and trails. Its only a 30 minute drive to Copper Falls and 60 to Amnicon Falls. Loved that we had no cell service and could take a couple of day trips. Lots of mosquitos, recommend stronger spray. They didnt have any firewood, so we had to travel a little to find it.

Would be nice if they had a dumping station. Too many rocks in the gravel sites. Had nice trees for shade!

HTey have added more electric to sites. Also the fishing has improved. There was a healthy number and variety of fish to catch! Loved it!

I Love this campsite and have been coming here since I was a toddler. The location is perfect. The lake is beautiful. It's not a huge campsite so even when full it doesn't feel too crowded. The amenities are very basic but nice and clean. The only problem are the lights that stay on all night long at the camp host site. Stay in a site away from them and it's fine.

We rented a rustic campsite. Our site was convenient to back into and right near the bathrooms & water pump. The rustic area was quiet. Not a great lake view from this site, but such a quick walk to the pier or beach. We had a great trip & will likely rent here again. Next time we may want to rent an electric site (12-34) since we weren't originally aware it was an option. Still a great campsite though!

The campground was in good condition and the camp host was very friendly. The toilets were cleaned every day. The weather was great. There is tubing on the Nemekagon river in Hayward and in Cable the Brick House is a great place to eat.

Great campground beautiful setting. But no cell phone coverage. We got hit by a severe thunderstorm and a large tree fell on our camper and we could not call for help. Luckily the campground host had a landline and called the sheriff. But keep in mind there is no cell service at the campground or even nearby.

Great campground! I’ve been there many times. Now, the one loop has electric at the sites. Very peaceful location with access to many local lakes and attractions.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
