We really enjoyed this campground even tho we dont own a horse. The bathrooms were very clean and it was incredibly quiet.

Love the new corral panel stalls on site 12 for stalls, but we were the only ones there because all the other sites have those awful tie racks so its kind of creepy being there by yourself, especially when somebody drives through headlights your camper around midnight. Id feel safer if they were more corral panel stalls there for more horse people to camp. Beautiful place, shame about the tie stalls.

Beautiful site in a beautiful campground in a beautiful park! This site had trouble with the 30a power, but we were able to use the 15a.

Campground and bath house very nice and Horseback riding trails are great.

Great scenery on the trails, especially along the river. Trails had a couple of trees across the trail since storms had recently occurred. Campground is nice and bathhouse is in good shape. As equestrian campers, we liked the horse panels that were at our site to replace the old stanchions. I hope the stanchions at the other sites in the campground are replaced with the panels in the future. We will be back next year!

The sites were very well maintained . New rubber padding for stantions would be nice for horses.

Was a nice campsite, the camp host made their rounds and were very informative, passed out pamphlets about bears.The only problem was the bear box. I think there should be one for every site.

Campgrounds were beautiful. Bathrooms available, but shower accommodations were awful. All the way up front, only 2 of 3 worked and coin operated!

This was a great site. I loved having access to stalls w/o having horses. We setup our cot tent in a stall!

Similar to other reviews, the area was wonderful, clean, and peaceful without others present. However, the following day, we discovered ourselves in the middle of multiple horse-riding parties. With no campground host, these individuals were very loud, and intrusive, and held no concern for others trying to enjoy the camping experience. The site next to us decided to have multiple campfires even though there was a campfire band email and posted while watching football on their TV outside of the camper and having the volume high enough that everyone could hear while only one person was present, and she wasn't watching the game. After their kids screamed many times and dragged their plastic toys back and forth on the gravel road repeatedly, we decided to relocate to a quieter area of the park only to learn many of the spots were reserved by campers who didn't show or campers who didn't reserve their spot but decided to camp there anyway for free. We will not return. Spots 9-13 are more for groups. Spots 14-18 were very nice and fairly quiet.

Great site. we had a group that had five sites together at the back end. Unfortunately there was a fire ban, but we had great weather ( and a little rain ) . We were the only people at the campground. The people servicing the sites and bathhouse were very cordial. The bathhouse was heated and had hot showers. The only negative was that the WiFi only goes for a few campsites from the bathhouse, but camping is not about being so connected. It was good for checking the weather and radar however and updates about the fireban. We plan to come back. The heated bathhouse was a great addition to our group as many of us are older, so heat is a good thing.

I had the pleasure of staying at Station Camp Campground recently, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The campground was impressively clean and well-maintained, reflecting the care and attention to detail that the management puts into it. It's evident that they take pride in keeping the area tidy, which contributed to a pleasant stay.The peacefulness of the campground was a real highlight for me. It's so quiet and serene, making it an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The tranquility of the surroundings allowed me to truly unwind and enjoy nature.The stalls provided at the campground were certainly convenient. They added a level of comfort to my stay, especially when it came to accommodating my horses. However, I couldn't help but think that having some covers for the stalls would be a great addition. It would provide protection from the weather, which can sometimes be unpredictable.One of the standout features of Station Camp Campground is its easy accessibility to riding trails. I appreciated the convenience of being able to explore the beautiful trails without any hassle. It made my stay all the more enjoyable.In summary, Station Camp Campground is a wonderful place for those seeking a clean, quiet, and accessible outdoor getaway. While some stall covers would be a nice improvement, the overall experience was highly positive. I would definitely recommend it to fellow outdoor enthusiasts.

The camping was good, however, the lady in the gray Kia that runs around being rude to the people camping is NOT good. She goes from campsite to campsite writing warnings and threatening campers with the LE as she calls it. I later discovered that LE stands for Law Enforcement. Campers shouldn't be treated that way if you want them to return. She did send the LE to us the last time we camped and Lied to them telling them that we refused to move a truck that was parked on the "grass"! Tent campers should be in one area and horse campers in another. There were several tents next to ours with lots of kids running around everywhere unsupervised. Tents were set up right next to the trail around the camp and most horses didn't want to pass because the tents were so close to the trail. The unsupervised children were also riding bikes on the horse trails which should NOT be allowed. If the park employee in the gray Kia (Snowdom was her name, not sure of the spelling) would spend more time looking for these kinds of issues instead of threatening campers with the police and writing warnings for an empty water bottle in the camping area and empty refrigerators, it would be a safer place for all.

My husbands brother stopped by with his horse (and day trailer) when my husband asked him if he was to go for a ride with him. He parked in front of our camper and said the keys are in the truck if it needs moved for any reason. Everything was going great until a park employee in a gray Kia stopped at our camp. She said you have to move this truck because its on the grass. I told her they would be back in about an hour and a half. She said, well you need to move it to the day riding lot and I ask if we could just park it in an empty spot since he wasnt going to be gone long. She was taking a picture of the front of the truck and said she would have to call LE if we didnt move it. I didnt know what LE was until my son-in-law told me it was Law Enforcement. I told her we would put it in the empty spot across from us. She said thats ok this time! About 15 to 30 minutes later, LE came and said that park employee called them and told them that we Refused to move the truck! I told them she obviously lied. I explained that we we couldnt move the truck until she moved her KIA out of the way. They said they understood. I also told them how Rude she was and if the park wants people to come back, they should treat people better! LE agreed with me and told us to have a good day and then they left.There was No reason for that park employee in the gray KIA to be so rude. I understand there are rules, but she flat out told a lie when she said we refused to move the truck. I still feel she owes us an apology because of the way she treated us and because she lied! No excuse for it!!PS. WiFi service was ridiculously useless! There no reason for that service to be that poor!

We enjoyed having the place to ourselves, very thankful for a camping option during cold months. We found it difficult to find a level spot. The camp host was great help and was very flexible since we were the only campers at the time. The heated bathhouse was awesome! We used the wifi at the bathhouse and it was great as well. The hiking trails nearby were very enjoyable, but next time we will prepare better with waterproof shoes. We hope to come back when it's warmer.

Campground host was one of the best we've encountered, polite, welcoming, and helpful. Bath house was dated and needs an upgrade, but it was meticulously clean. Numerous trails in the area for hiking and horseback riding.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
