Always the most chill campground. Clean bathrooms and showers, friendly and helpful attendants and park rangers, tidy campsites. Clear clean water. Quiet. Beautiful.

Our camp site was clean, restrooms and showers were clean, and we enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at the campground. We were able to kayak and fish at the lake, and a short drive away, were able to trout fish in the river. Will definitely go again!

It's a quiet park with much more space between sites than most other parks in the area.

Great place to take the kiddos and camp! Clean water and awesome swimming area for littles. Far enough away from the city but close enough if you forgot or need something. For sure coming back many times!

Nice campground! The shower adjustment that lets you switch between high and low showerhead was broken. Hopefully that gets fixed soon but besides that, no complaints!

We love everything about going and enjoying our time at the lake. Very clean, very well maintained, easy lake access and a great place just to be outdoors. The only 2 complaints I have is there should not be any animals allowed in the park. It is a place to go relax and not have to listen to dogs barking. And the other is that people do not have the respect for others to turn ALL of their lights off at night when they go in for the night so that those of us that are waiting for it to finally get dark so we can enjoy what a night at the lake is all about for some of us which is enjoying the moon and stars that GOD gave us to admire his amazing creations. If people are sitting outside, they have every right to have lights on. But when you go in for the night, there's no reason to still have the park lit up like as if you were in the city. Not being rude, just trying to draw attention to some commonsense facts that I know people just do not think about. Enjoy lake life, think of others and have a blessed time.

Scenery was beautiful. Easy access to the water at most places. We saw some wildlife. We werent aware before we went that there werent individual water hookups. We have a portable grey tank and there are fresh drinking water faucets at every cove so it wasnt a huge deal. The thing that was the biggest no-go for us was the bath houses. They are dark (some with only half of the lights functioning), dirty, and HOT! Even with an exhaust fan on, you were sweating just as much if not more than you were when you arrived. They are also FULL of spiders! We killed 6-8 spiders in our shower stall every time we went to shower.

Neighbor decided to pull into camp site next to us instead of backing in. They were right in our face every time we came out of our camper.

This is a beautiful site that is well taken care of. For anyone traveling out of town though, please note THIS CAMPSITE IS IN A DRY COUNTY. The nearest liquor/beer was 45 minutes away, so if you have alcohol as part of your plans then make sure to pick it up on the way in.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
