White Oak Creek Campground, Eufaula, AL

White Oak Creek Campground in Barbour county is located 50 min northeast of Dothan, AL with an elevation of 198 feet. There are a total of 128 campsites. The campground is open all year. Sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 32 and 40 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. Each site includes a picnic table and fire ring with grill. All sites have electric and water hookups. Fees range from $26.00 to $52.00. Some amenities include shower, sewer hookup, dump station, accessible, laundry facility, playground, boat ramp, fish cleaning station, restroom, trash dumpster, flush toilets. Activities include boating, fishing, hiking trails, floating sports.

Wonderful sites with water views from most of them. The waterway is a great place to use your boat if you have one. There is an island on the lake where you can park and enjoy the day using the sandy beach. We come here several times a year.

Very nice park everyone is very friendly. Verizon cell service is fair. The park was well maintained, not sure of bathrooms as we never used them.

The park is nice. She sites are steep, so we had problems with bottoming out and needed to reschedule a few times. Site 55 could not accommodate our rig. ANTS were a nuisance throughout our stay but were manageable. Bobby and his wife Margaret, however, were extremely grumpy and rude. The park ranger wasn't much better either. My guess is that they're all friends or relatives. We dealt with the attitudes and accusations for a week and moved on. We have stayed in many Army Corp sites and have had nothing but great experiences until now. From reading the reviews, we're not the first. We will probably not be back to this site again because of the staff.

Beautiful park, wonderful shaded campsites, but facilities in need of improvement. I would recommend this park to others looking for quiet spot with good separation between camp sites.

First visit to White Oak Creek. We met some travel friends there for a mini-meet-up. Beautiful park on the waterfront (Site 2). Site was level; concrete. Water & electric. Dump station has two dump lanes with washwater hose and fresh (drinking) water hose stations. We did have a problem with small sugar ants being invasive but easily treated. Access to the park from US431 was well-identified and good roads. Eufaula is very nearby with a Walmart SuperCenter for any supplies needed. Check-in hosts were very cordial and friendly. We will definitely be back for a longer visit.
