Lots of mice getting into the pantry space.Bathrooms were very clean and well stocked with toilet paper.Some of the bunks had broken boards so would not recommend filling the site with 48 people.

What a gem! We will definitely be back if we are lucky enough to snag a reservation again. The river access was close and perfect for cooling off. The pavilion was a nice feature and gave us a spot to gather. There was a fire ban so we did not get to try out the incredible wood-stove cooktop or any of the firepits. However, the pavilion had enough space for us to set up our propane grill/stovetops without a problem. A bonus was clean drinking water from a pump inside the site - DRINKING water! Everyone in our group gave Longbow a big thumbs up. These types of sites are so rare so please take care of it during your stay.

This place was amazingly cool! It was an incredibly enjoyable weekend. There was a nice area by the water for splashing about and swimming. The fire pits and hearths were awesome when we were able to have a fire. Very cool historic structure and surprisingly clean vault toilets. Here is why it only gets 3 stars though. First, I assume what's included in the price is having a food locker you can store food, that food locker was pretty much unusable. Many of the bunks in the cabins were unusable which really made it a challenge having enough places to sleep for everyone. Be prepared to put your food in sealed bins or storing in your vehicle, the rodents were very ambitious in pursuing our food stuff. Also, it is a long walk from the parking area to the cabins so bring something to haul stuff if you have older or disabled campers. Maybe be open to allowing tents if some of the bunks are going to be unusable. Thank you for the memorable weekend.

Awesome place! Couldn't ask for better for a small or big group. Bring padding for the bunks. And wood for all the fire places. Also, i wouldn't suggest bringing in low cars or trucks there are some decent size dips in the road. Looking forward to coming back.

Place is lovely. The one issue is the pantry area. It is not cleaned at all and many small animals have made nests, covered in feces, and completely unusable. If this area was cleaned and the screened storage shelves removed so animals would stop making homes in there it would be great!

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
