Winhall Brook Campground, South Londonderry, VT

Winhall Brook Campground in Windham county is located 1 hr 32 min east of Glens Falls, NY with an elevation of 1,071 feet. There are a total of 111 campsites. The campground is normally open from mid May to mid October. Sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 10 and 85 feet. All sites are currently reservable. 23 sites have electric and water hookups. Fees range from $20.00 to $26.00.

Always an awesome experience. We have been hosting our annual family campout here for about 20 years. Staff is great and gives us a place to play and disconnect. We were lucky to escape the massive flooding and subsequent evacuation. Hoping the damage is recoverable. Good luck on the clean up!

Our site was flooded which made it difficult to park our RV in a dry area. As a courtesy, the host should have told us when we registered that it was and that there were other sites available.

It was our first camping experience in our new Class C RV. People were friendly and helpful at the office. The place was clean and the sites were large and spacious. We enjoyed the quiet and respectful nature. We spent most of our time at the campsite relaxing. We did go down to the swimming hole and enjoyed sitting in the cool water. Wish we had our tubes to float - next time. We will be back again.

Always a great experience at Winhall. First time in a lean to and enjoyed the change. Recent flooding has me worried we won’t beable to return in summer/fall 2023. Bathrooms may be ready for a revamp, but they are always clean. Hosts are friendly and helpful.

We love camping at Winhall Brook and enjoy coming back every yea! It’s a great place for the kids to ride their bikes and play at the river. Everything is always clean and well maintained.

Beautiful campground, clean facilities, and very friendly front desk. They also had a movie playing in one area of the camp for everyone to watch at night. Would definitely go back.

This place was wonderful. The lady at the desk was so nice and helpful. It was easy to find my lot and has some great hiking trails. The shower has wonderful pressure and hot water. I can't wait to go back for another visit.

This is one of the nicest campgrounds in the state! The grounds are beautiful, most of the campsites are spacious, and some are tucked away, there's swimming, hiking and a nice bike trail that goes to town and the fabulous General Store.

We enjoy having electricity as water in site. Posted instructions need to be in larger print for vision compared campers. Looking forward to our next camping trip here!

Very well maintained campground with Ranger who cares about the campers. Nice short hill hike with tree identification placards that is nice for all but would be great with children. Nice bike/walking trail on both sides of the river.

We had a great stay at this CoE camp. The bridge coming in was a bit tight but no problems. Great hiking trails start from here.

We camped at Winhall for three nights, and it was awesome. We actually sat back, relaxed and hiked around the camp grounds to capture some images. Cell service at my site was non existent, but a short drive up the short hill and signal was good.

We have been camping here for 13 years. We absolutely love it. The rangers are always courteous and helpful. If I could think of one thing we would like to see different is that out-of-state people PLEASE keep their speed down. It is such a beautiful park with children playing on the roads. There is no reason to drive 20-25 miles per hour.

Loved hiking along the river. Tried to bike it but it’s too messy with debris to make it an enjoyable ride. Our neighbors recommended the Orvis store which we loved. Long Trail Brewery is a must stop if you’re into craft brews.
