We were in space 12. This did not have enough suitable space to pull into this spot. It took us almost an hour to manage our way in. The triangle area in front of this space where the boat ramp sign is should be removed for ease into this space. Other than that it was great.

Great campground. Mostly really quiet. Nice spot to swim with the kayak boat launch. Good fishing. Clean bathroom. The resort is only 5 miles away to restock on any supplies or ice needed. Warning lots of skeeters and no fresh drinking water avail at the site.

This location was wonderful for paddling on Lemolo Lake, hiking to the headwaters, cycling around close-by Diamond Lake, and hiking the Silent Creek trail. All but a few campsites are fully exposed to the sun with little privacy shrubbery between, yet a very quiet campground. Day use boat launch and 3-car parking lot at the end of the campground. No hook ups or potable water. Vault toilets. Algae bloom in early August on the water.

This was our first adventure to East Lemolo but it won't be our last! I loved that it was away from the "main scene". More of a remote, small & quiet place. We took our travel trailer and stayed in spot #2 but I don't recommend this spot to set up. Very uneven parking it was a chore trying to get level LOL! If you have a travel trailer I would recommend spots 1,5 or 6 for good ones. There are a few other sites that would work but not as private. Easy access to the lake!!! Spot # 5 here we come!!!!

We all loved this little campground. Even though the water was low and the smoke rolled in for some of the time, we still enjoyed the quiet of this spot. Forest service came by regularly to make sure all was well. The water on that leg is quite cold but clear, coming in from the Umpqua River.

Our visit went great. Website needs work. We ended up with 2 reservations somehow and only got $10 refund. Is it a scam?

It is frustrating to try to reserve one of our favorite campsites only to find out that it is already reserved on-line. However, once we arrived the campground was nearly empty the whole time we were there. I wish you would revert back to some first-come, first-served campsites at this location.

Had a wonderful trip only thing I would ask is that the forest service vehicles slow down when they come into the campground because in the two weeks I was there they are the only ones who dusted me out every ( and I mean every) time they drove in. The drove way to fast and made a lot of dust.

Not much one can do with the fire in the area. The sunset through the smoke was beautiful. Wish I remembered to take a picture of it.

There was a lack of trash around the campground. Also the restroom was serviced regularly and kept clean. I especially appreciated fellow campers with dogs to keep them quiet and contained on a leash.

The only downside to this campground is the entrance road. It is to narrow for more than one vehicle. so if pulling a boat or trailer cross your fingers no one is on the way out when you get there. Other than that very nice and well worth it. Will differently go again.

A wonderful campground. Nicely spaced campsites next to the lake, lots of trails. The Forest Service crew does a wonderful job of maintaining this jewel.

sites stacked on top of each other. no privacy

positives: campground was small enough to make it more friendly. my site was on the lake ….the bad side of this, was the site was inaccurately described on the website.. it was shorter, not level, and poorly graveled, barely able to squeeze the trailer into it. Other negative, dogs from other campsites use all the other sites as their personal bathrooms. there were feces everywhere.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
