Nice little campground with bathrooms and water, close to town and close enough to all the fun the canyon & Bear Lake have to offer. The sites were quaint but perfectly. We loved that there were so many trails and fun things to explore right in the campground area. We also visited the hobbit caves and fished the dam and the river. The hosts are awesome, the scenery is beautiful and the bathrooms are clean. 10/10 will return.

Overall it was great. This campground is extremely nice, nestled between water springs which cools the place down a bit. We were also lucky in reserving site 11 which in my opinion is the best site with plenty of room and your own personal waterfall right behind the site. Since we couldnt fit all 6 of us and two dogs in one car, we came with a truck and a car and we fit just fine and the host never got after us for doing it. So I am pleased overall with everything. Drop box toilet was clean in the womens. My boys complained that it stunk in the mens side of it. But toilet paper was quickly replaced when it ran out. Honestly, we used the bathroom everywhere else besides the campground whenever we were in a place with flushing toilets which was pretty much everywhere besides the campground. Even at the lake we were fishing at. Haha. So not a problem for us. Overall great!

Spring Hollow is one of our familys favorite spots to camp. The camp host was great as usual. She was friendly and helpful. The sites and bathrooms were also well maintained. There is access to the river/water for everyone, not just certain campsites.We will be back to Spring Hollow for sure.

Spring Hollow is the first place we took our kids tent camping. They LOVED walking around the campground to find water to use their fishing poles (no hook, just a weight to practice casting). Our tent site was right next to a waterfall, which was really nice to hear through the night. The campsite was clean and the outhouses were cleaner than I expected them to be. We had a fantastic time.

Had Site #11, tent camping late September '23. Excellent campsite, plenty of shade, large flat and nearly level area for a tent (10'x14' footprint w/ room to spare), good picnic table and fire pit. This is a great site if you're taking a trailer as well, roughly 46' slot curb to road. The turn around at the end of this branch is tight, so you may want to walk it first before pulling a monster rig in there. Two creeks were flowing near by which helped mask the noise from the road and other campsites. The vault toilets were kept reasonably clean, but did have a strong odor even in the cold weather. Plenty of trail heads nearby for hikes and trail rides. Good fishing and lots of access points to the river.Night time lows were in the low 30's, a bit colder then my gear & family were prepared for, so we cut it a night short. I likely won't be back, as Spring Hollow is a bit to close to the road (noisy at night) and the city of Logan (busy site, lots of day use) for my liking. I'll be looking for something more off the beaten path, but I would recommend it to anybody new to camping. Have the city 15 minutes away is nice if you need something.

I understand this isn't simple and easy, but the lack of a dump station and fresh water for an RV is tough to manage. It would be a very welcome feature for the campground.

Fairly expensive campsite for the amenities provided. A $15 dry campsite almost everywhere else. Good location, tight spaces.

Our camp hostess, Glenna, kept the bathrooms as clean as possible, and checked in on us often. We were able to take a few short hikes and had a fantastic time.

The biggest difficulty is that there are no signs on the canyon road that indicate the turn off to the campground. The only sign is after you figure it out and drive over a small bridge. Not very helpful. We drove way up the canyon and finally found a place big enough to turn around on only to drive back down the canyon and still not find it. The directions said a short distance past Third Dam, which was also not marked. Quite frustrating trying to find it. The campground was nice and we enjoyed it once we got there. Please put up signs in the canyon!

We loved site 10. Had beautiful streams on both sides of us, including some little waterfalls. Easy pathway to outhouse, with bridge over stream. Good place for tent. Cool breeze blowing from down the canyon made it nice & cool even though it was 95 degrees in Cache Valley that day.

This site has very little flat space. It's right next to the creek. This was flowing rapidly and quite loud.

Adorable campground, hidden from the world. 10 minutes outside cell service and Aggie Ice cream. We have camped here 3 or 4 times over the past decade and love it. We got the 2 car campground this time and it easily fit 2 families

What a great camping spot! This was my first experience staying in Spring Hollow, and I will definitely be coming back. Our original campsite was a little flooded and the camp hosts were great at helping us choose a new site! The sites were clean and had everything you need. The streams running near by block out any traffic from the road or noises from the neighbors. You really feel like you are in the middle of the forest. Logan is less than ten minutes away if you need anything. They have a fire pit that's quite kid friendly, as well as a grill for briquettes. 10/10

Clean campgrounds right next the the Logan river. Not too many hiking trails nearby. Toilets were dirty. Not much maintenance / cleaning done on toilets. Good experience though.

Because of high water, some of the river trails were flooded but there are other trails available. Nice place!
@NicoleM3686634 · Camped on Jun 12, 2023 at Campsite #7
There was a bit of fast moving water on the road into the left side of the campground so the camphost, who was very friendly, allowed us to take an unreserved site on the right. All sites are in the trees. Absolutely no cell service. Enterance to 2 trails from the campground, and close to many others. Well marked, not hard to find. Just after Bridger campground.

What a beautiful and peaceful campground! We booked last minute for an event in Logan and we loved camping here. It’s 10 min to town but in beautiful Logan Canyon. The sites are well taken care of and bathrooms are clean. I read reviews about the road noise before coming and brought earplugs. Our site (#2) had easy access to the creek, was shaded most of the day, and was relaxing even though it was by the trailhead parking lot. The parking pad is level and it also has a large tent pad in the shade. It was so relaxing falling asleep to the sound of the river by us. Sites were spread out so we barely saw our neighbors too. Each site has its own picnic table, fire pit, and slab grill. Seems like they’ve all been recently redone. A lot of other campgrounds on the river are closed and flooded, but this one was well above the water line. Some of the sites require crossing a creek to get to them, which was running high and fast. But this site was right near the entrance! We definitely plan to return. Thank you!

Fantastic campground! Went the first weekend in June and the road was flooded so we had the north half of the campground to ourselves since cars couldn't drive in. Saw a baby moose and the camp host had the facilities clean and operational despite the flooding.

Spring Hollow is a lovely campground not far from Logan, UT. Many accessible hikes nearby. Easy to go to Logan. Logan Canyon is a designated scenic drive; and it is!
@MonikaB2383557 · Camped on Aug 8, 2022 at Campsite #2
Manhole in camp sight that was sort of loud. It was just white noise by the time we went to sleep, but it felt more like sleeping in a city than nature between that noise and the nearby highway.
@AdamP2460050 · Camped on Aug 7, 2022 at Campsite #2
Campsite was nice, clean and well managed. Camp host seemed a little tired of dealing with campers. All responses from him were short and sometimes rude. It seemed like everything was a bother to him. Might be time for him to retire from the camp host game.

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
