The staff were very friendly and helpful, campsites and bathrooms were very well maintained and there were very little if any mosquitoes. Not a lot of wasps or flies either. Nice very large table and cement pad on the double family site. There was a water pump, charcoal grill and fire ring. We plan to come back!

I have gone to this campground several times, It has been a few years since I have been back the road is really rough there are deep holes and just to get to the campground once in the camp the same old big potholes that I remember now that seems bad that this stuff doesn,t get fixed, for the price that we had to pay I would think that this sites would be in better shape I won't be back the stressful drive on the bad roads out weight the beauty of the place. shame.

There was a slight snafu and the campground next to us had three tents set up in our spot. They let us pick from all the spots they had available and it worked out really nice. Wed never been before so we didnt know where to pick anyway. There was pretty good coverage of trees, we loved paddle boarding around and saw beavers. It was colder than I expected at night but lovely during the day.

The camp hosts, Becky and Brady, are terrific. They keep the campground immaculate -- or at least as immaculate as a campground can be -- and were clearly very interested in making sure that our group's needs were being met. The campground itself is beautiful, and a welcome site after a long, bumpy ride from the main highway.

I go there a lot - the area is beautiful- the camp hosts are awesome!! But this last trip I had a obnoxious camp next to me that we're in tents - they had an electric fridge to keep their stuff in - they would start up a generator at 8:00 in the morning and it would until midnight and also play music and talk to after midnight with 2 barking dogs - they set up a guest tent for people to come and go (up to 6 people at times) there was no other campers in the D loop that I was in just me and them!! I would of told the camp host after the first night but I was the only one in my camp - I would not of dared leave camp with the way they were acting not knowing what they would do to it!! I just put up with it best I could until I packed up and left - which is when I told the camp host about the situation - they totally understood my problem - there was also new campers coming in that day to use the camp sight I was in - the camp hosts said they would fix the problem with these people so it didn't ruin the new campers outing dealing with these arrogant people that's all about them selves and nobody else!!

My family and I have been coming to Currant Creek every year for over 40 years. We love this place. Joe and Donna, the camp hosts, are the best that we have had over all of those years. They are friendly, hard working and help out with any needs that the campground needs. I have been to other campsites, and they are by far the best camp hosts that i have ever encountered. Please let them know how much they are appreciated.Thank you,Gary Arnold

It was beautiful! We have never camped in a paved spot before and the campsites were closer together that we expecting, but it was still a fun trip.

hosts were great, trailer dump is misleading, was supposed to be free.

It was nice, except for the flies and no cell service.

Amazing place and they can’t post were very good. We enjoyed our time there. The only drawback was the noise at night from our neighbors. But that’s never been our expense there and the camp host took care of it the next couple nights we were there. Overall wonderful experience in Reservoir is beautiful and I didn’t see any snakes so that made me happy.

Most peaceful campground we have found yet. Tons of wildlife, very clean, and lots of places to ride. Your OHV must be street legal to have in the campground.

Currant Creek is an excellent campground. We pitched tents on loop D. The sites were clean and well maintained with potable water and rest rooms near each site. We would definitely stop here again.
@SarahN6456835 · Camped on Jun 16, 2023 at Campsite #B1
We had Group B1 & B3. Felt cohesive. Used B14 (site associated with B3) as center camp. Fun time!!
@MindyW8904767 · Camped on Sep 2, 2022 at Campsite #C20
The campground was amazing. The only complaint I have is with the very rude and unfriendly campground host at the entrance of the campground. She was harsh and if we broke the rules we would be "removed from the campground...no exceptions". When we went to ask some questions at our departure, we knocked on their RV door around 10:30 am and someone within screamed, "GO AWAY!" Horribly rude!! We drove 4 hours to this campground and will most likely not be back.
@KrisA2524143 · Camped on Aug 26, 2022 at Campsite #C20
Nice campground a bit off the beaten path. We weren’t expecting the dump station to be a separate charge but overall a well-kept fun campground with good facilities.
@MichelleE35899 · Camped on Aug 10, 2022 at Campsite #C20
Camp hosts were friendly. Campsite was dirty when we arrived after 2 PM. The cost of the dump station is too expensive. It is the only location where we have paid that much to dump our tanks. Would love to have Loop A reservable, as it was pre-covid. Also, site A18 driveway is not big enough to get two trailers with slides and 2 tow vehicles in it. It has quite a slant as you first back it. This should be a single site as it was previously.
@ChrisR8980926 · Camped on Jul 28, 2022 at Campsite #D8
First of all this is a beautiful place to camp. That being said the Campground is far from the lake so each trip to the lake is an ordeal, you can’t just walk to it you have to drive. There is a relatively small “beach” area that fills up quickly with people. You can’t drive ATV’s in campground even though you are surrounded by trails so you have to trailer them in and out. The Camp Host was condescending. The gravel road to get there isn’t horrible but combined with everything else I don’t know if we will be making a return trip.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
