The campground is beautiful with a mix of trees and vegetation. There are good trails leading to the nearby lake with wildlife I enjoyed such as deer and moose.

Always enjoy our yearly visits with nature at its best. Hosts Del & Deb always a pleasure to reconnect. They make the campground a unique special inviting space with there fairy garden, and hanging planters by the restrooms. Looking forward to visiting next year.

We love Smith & MorehouseCamp hosts Deb & Del are awesome!!!!Grounds are kept very clean, yes restrooms too.Such a scenic & peaceful outdoor experience. Lots of wildlife. The resevoir is close & beautiful. It is often windy on the water, (that being the only downside). Still fun for kayaking!

Great campground, amazing hosts! Only wish our camp spot had more mature trees to have had our hammock.

The slant of the site was almost impossible to get into. Tress need to be trimmed back. The site was big enough just the slope mad it hard to back into.

Beautiful location! The camp hosts were welcoming and helpful. The bathrooms were clean. It was a little challenging to find flat ground for my tent, so if you're a tent camper be sure to check out the site images before reserving.

Site was great, hosts were some of the best we have encountered. Had 3 moose come thru our site and a deer. Everything was well maintained. Wish we had been able to stay another night.

What an AWESOME camping spot! My 4 year old daughter, her grandma, and I came up to camp for a night but it turned out to be a torrential downpour 97% of the time. We did get a couple dry hours which we made the very best of. We had site 34 which was perfect for us. LOTS of room and woodsy areas where my little girl could adventure in. This particular site also felt very secluded from other campers. Loved it! Deb and Del, the hosts of the campgrounds, were SO NICE! Del came by in the morning bringing us dry wood and checking to see how we were doing. He was so kind! Deb drove by later to say hi and to remind us we could stay a bit longer before checking out so to enjoy ourselves. I can't wait to go back again. I HIGHLY recommend!

We had such a great time. We stayed in Site 6 and it was perfect. So pretty and in the trees. The reservoir was gorgeous, the site hosts were so nice and my granddaughters loved their fairy garden. We will definitely be back!

beautiful location, great campground and campground managers were super friendly and fun, lots of trees and shade and lake was close by as well as good hiking
@JohnR2194126 · Camped on Jul 20, 2023 at Campsite #17
Lots are very narrow, doubt a camper with a slide on both sides would fit, as our single slide barely made it. Many vehicles into the streets, dogs off leashes, and loud music. Quite a bit of gravel on top of pavement and deep dips on side of road upon entering, so be careful as I fell and twisted my ankle when the gravel slipped beneath me. Lake is phenomenal and very well kept as evidenced by all of the individuals enjoying the beautiful day.

Del & Deb & Jonah were the funnest & most conscience host ever.
@EvanM8892211 · Camped on Jul 11, 2023 at Campsite #34
Great place to camp and the host are awesome. They make you feel right at home. Our campsite was clean and plenty of space between the other campsites. We went in July and the weather was perfect. The only problem we had was the flies and mosquitos were around all day and most of the evening, Make sure to bring bug spray

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
