Very nice and clean park. The gate personal were all very courteous and helpful. They set the mark high.

We stayed for three nights in mid-August when the temperatures were scorching, so the campground was pleasantly quiet, with fewer campers around to enjoy the beautiful and tranquil lake. The RV spots were impressively spacious, offering plenty of room and privacy between sites. Each site was equipped with a picnic table under a charming covered wooden structure and a fire ring, perfect for evening relaxation.The campground had two sets of bathrooms. The one nearest our site had two shower stalls but, unfortunately, lacked proper privacy as it only had a clear plastic liner without a door. The other bathroom, thankfully, had locking doors for each shower stall, providing much-needed privacy. Both bathroom facilities were clean, which we appreciated.Overall, despite the heat and the privacy issue with one of the showers, the peaceful atmosphere and well-maintained facilities made our stay enjoyable.

Had a great experience with me. And my girlfriend brought her in on the 3rd day to stay with me. In my RV for the RV experience. She enjoyed it so much she wanted to do it. Herself and bring her kids. She registered in her name for another spot. And because I was gonna be there. She was not allowed to keep Her reservations due to the fact that I was there. Some rules can be bent. Some rules can't. Unfortunately, the ones that couldn't be bent Involved kids but before. That had. A great. Time. Wish. And. Will return. With all our kids

Such a peaceful campsite. Enjoyed our location! Start our morning with a view and coffee, a little fishing and sightseeing. The camp hosts were amazing, professional and friendly. Will definitely go back!!

Only complaint is that the camp areas needed to be mowed.

Quiet with big spaces for all your needs. Had a very relaxing time.

This park is in need of better management. The grass was overgrown. Trash was plentiful around our site. First impression is terrible with a Full Timer who has their trailer surrounded by junk. Then shortly after that their are two Full Time sites who somehow had their grass mowed.

We booked site #23 not knowing that it was so close to site #24. We enjoyed our stay very much but would have liked to have had a little more privacy. Beautiful campground

Volunteers are friendly. Campground is rundown, even neglected. Grass is over a foot tall; It looks like it hasnt been mowed since last season. The paved RV pads are for the most part crumbling. I dont want to be super critical since the place seems to be run by volunteers. Id like to give a 3 star review, but just cant make myself do it.

The man at the gate was very good to help me checking in and I would rate him a 5. The park not so well. The spaces were narrow and you could hardly walk beside your trailer without getting into the mud do to recent rain. The asphalt that was there is breaking down and is in need of replacement. Other Corp parks Ive stayed in had wider pads and the overall condition of the parks was much better. Also, one phase of the 50 amp service was not working,

We booked site #3 in January for an April visit.It was the only site available due to the solar eclipse. Upon arrival our neighbors were not present but left their radio blasting rap music!The ranger/volunteer stated that quiet hours start at 10 PM and our rude campers can blast their music as loud as they want until 10 PMAs I asked for a law enforcement officer, they offered us an emergency site. That site had no water, electricity only, but more importantly we had only one well behaved and relatively distant neighbor . As a retired police sergeant I put up with a lifetime of idiots and assholes. I'll be damned if some jerk tries to subject my family to their version of loud noise when we go camping during my retirement.Never saw a single LEO during our 48 hour stay.I'm grateful for the emergency site but the idea that bullies rule the campground is a crock of shit and should be corrected, forthwith.I wasn't even offered a partial refund for the lack of water. It's a shame that the volunteers are powerless against the assholes ruining the camping experience for all the paying guests who are considerate and pleasant .In case things got ugly, I'm prepared to defend my family from violent behavior.

We had a great time! Had friends with us from Hawaii (they flew in to view the eclipse) and they were impressed by the size of the park. One thing we weren't thrill about was that the grass needed mowing. We heared contrators do it, but it wasn't done while we were there. It's a very pretty park and the hosts we dealt with were kind and helpful!

Nice Park with a lot of space. We stayed at 15 and the water hookups and electricity were working fine. We were only able to us the 30 amps due to renovations at the Park. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Restrooms were clean.

The park had homeless people living in tents. I rented a site with 50amp hook ups and we could not run both AC units on my rv due to the main breakers tripping out and knocking every ones power out. This happened several times. Was disappointed because we had to move out of the site we were in that was shaded throughout most of the day to a site that was not shaded. Luckily we had rented two sites to begin with and moved to our other site. The maintenance guy was rude about the breakers tripping and blamed it on our RV that we have never had issues with. We did not have any more problems after we moved camp sites and ran both AC units just fine. Maybe the maintenance guy needs to update the wore out breakers in yall’s park to eliminate this from happening in the future

We loved how spaced out the RV sites were. It was great not to feel cramped in. We didn’t use any amenities. The gentleman at the gate was very friendly and kind. We only stayed one night so we didn’t need too much for our stay. Nice and simple.

Nice camping spots with electricity and water. Bathroom was a little sketchy.

If you're planning an evening event beware! The gates are closed and locked at 10:00, There is no access after that. We went to a rodeo at the stockyards and had to leave early so we could be back before lockdown. Other campgrounds we stay at have gate codes for after hours entry. Would not stay there again,

The sites are okay. Very little maintainance on many of the sites.
@GaryG8138589 · Camped on Jul 25, 2022 at Campsite #6
the grounds were not kept up. We stayed in site 6. Next to the showers and restrooms' was old trucks, boats and trailer , a until trailer and old Rv and tent. This looked like the person on this site was home steading and was very junky. We would not use the restrooms there because of this. Hopefully he was not a camp Hoist The best sites were blocked off by the lake.

The gate guards were absolutely amazing, super friendly. The water was pretty low though.

The park is very nice, but they only have 12 sites open. The gate house people were very nice but one of the camp host looks like a flea market as you enter the park five vehicles 2 boats and plenty of junk around his site. Not a good look to be as kind I can.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
