We were charged for 3 days that the park had no power or water because we didn't show up. We were told we wouldn't be charged and the rest of the week was refunded but not those 3 days.

Nice shaded site, uneven and required blocking to stabilize RV. Great boat ramp and dock. Good thing we scoped out sites in advance as the office was not open the full week we were there. Never saw the camp host. Had some electric down time taking the majority of the day to repair. Local store is close but only open in weekends. We loved the covered concrete picnic table and fire pit. Overall we enjoyed our time at the park.

The park is beautiful and well maintained. Very little cell service makes for a relaxing trip. Nice boat lauch as well!

It was beautiful there but they could of mowed closer to the lake so we can see any predators in the high grass I almost walked up on an alligator in the tall grass and park tables and benches need to be leveled can't put stuff on it or it will roll off

Enjoy staying at this park. Close to the part of the lake I like to fish. Lots of wildlife to see in the area.

We always enjoy our time at the park! The only thing I would like to see is improving the electric boxes for more amps for larger RV's! Like the peace the park offers for old people!

We always enjoy our stay at St Augustine. The only thing I am disappointed in is the lack of funds available to have someone at the entry and shower house was not very clean. That I am sure is because of no one available to clean on a regular basis. We need to voice the need to keep our tax dollars here in the USA. Keep our parks running and hire people who want and need to work.

The park is a nice family vacation area. The kids loved riding their bikes and playing on the playground. The restrooms and showers are not clean. I dont recommend using them.

Beautiful campground! However, there are No dumpsters near any of the camp sites. They are located at the dump station. Highly inconvenient if youre in a class A like we were. There is one medium size trash can at bath room near boat ramp. That quickly became full & was never emptied the 5 days we were there.Bath rooms were never cleaned while we were there, and apparently had not been cleaned for some time.Beautiful camp ground, but we wont be back

This was our first time here. The park was quiet and fairly nice. The web site would not let us book the first 3 sites we wanted to stay in. Not sure if it was due to electric issues or dead leaning trees but some maintenance issues are apparent around the park.We are easy going, enjoy walking and riding our bicycles so we really enjoyed staying here. The lake is beautiful and we are planning another stay soon.

I had asked if courtesy dock was still in. Answer was yes, when I got there, it was several feet, out of water. Better to answer correctly, I realize lake is low, due to work on dam. When you have physical restrictions, dock is important.Sites pads are still out of level and in poor condition.

We stayed one night. Park looked clean and well kept. Lake water level was very low, but that didnt keep the fishermen out. Would definitely stay again.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
