Whoever is the host needs to be fired. Bathrooms and showers never cleaned, mud trash beer bottles cigarette butts in the shower out of toilet paper on Saturday. The winter toilets had diarrhea everywhere in the mens bathroom. This is really sad the young couple that stayed there last summer dnd before were so good every morning first thing they would clean bathrooms and pick up park. I love Juniper point saw two different homeless people come use the showers its to bad this park is going unsupervised and if it is being supervised fire them

Beautiful place. There is a shower facility, so bring your own towel, shower shoes, and toiletries. I would also bring your own toilet paper just in case. Will definitely stay here again! We tent camped but most everyone around us had an rv. There is an open area which was perfect for walking the dogs. It got a little windy but was very.peaceful.

Notification for water shut off at site was not sent until 2 days before reservation. Refund policy was past date for full refund. Apparently its turned off annnually after Oct. Could not stay more than 1 night without water hookup, paid for 3. Otherwise site was clean and quiet. Issue with bees swarming upon arrival but they scattered after a while. Close to boat ramp a plus if you have a boat.

When we booked our sites we were not told there would be no water or access to the restrooms
@ScottH7806643 · Camped on Dec 27, 2024 at Campsite #D10
When we made reservations, we were not told that the water would be off to the campsites nor access to restrooms and showers. Also, there was no one available to answer the phone when we called to ask question.

Nice park-we hiked the Juniper Point trail and camped along the way. About the best close in backpacking trip near the metroplex! Late fall/wintertime is ideal, although we did get rain Saturday night, it was still in the 50s. Reservation system could be simpler...we reserved the wrong weekend by accident...some very understanding campers helped accommodate us with an unused spot! Thank you unknown campers!

We enjoyed our stay at Juniper Park. We met some friends and cooked out. The park was nice, quite, and the weather was a bit cool. I would recommend this park for shorter stays since there is not sewer hook ups. They do have a dump station though.

This is small park, with the RV sites along Lake Texoma. Most of the sites are directly on the water. There are huge mature trees on most of the sites that provide great shade. Fire pits make for a great evening. Pretty quiet when we were there in November.Also, there are great restaurants within 15 minutes and a small casino less than 2 miles away. There is a nice convenience store just across the lake, in case you need some last minute supplies. And, there is a Walmart about 15 minutes north in Madill, in case you need something not likely to be at a convenience store.

Gravel pad was not very level, had to use every block I had to get rv tolerable. Catfish Haven on highway 377 south about 10 minutes is a great place for dinner!

East side vault toilets. Stunk pretty bad. West side across the road bathrooms were ok but not great. The host was good. We had a problem with electricity but they got it fixed pretty fast. The sites were level for the most part.

A great campground and a bargain with the over 65 pass. Clean, well kept, great location, hot and cold shower worked, toilet worked, electricity worked, all good. Keep up the good work USCOE.

D4: back in, down a small hill, water/electric. Beautiful view behind site. Camp host apparently right across from the site, just playing host apparently, showers cleaned once while on our 14 day stay, seen park ranger on the 1st day there, thats it. Fire pit had trash in it, never seen anyone checking sites when people left. Rough crowd came in after dark for showers, thats all I will say about that. Theres dogs off leash and poop just left.The place is beautiful and could be much better with proper hosts & ranger patrol. The sites in D loop are all nicely paved with newer utilities.

What nice clean Rv park. Easy in and out and very quiet.

Great sites. Very clean. Quiet. My only thing is dogs not being kept on leashes. More than two times dogs without owners and not on leashes came around our campsite and aggravated our dogs who were in a pen and on leashes. So, if you have pets or small children watch for loose dogs.

ALL sites need to be leveled. Bring a shovel or you will have problems getting your rig level.

The site we book was incorrect on the map and had an incorrect description. We was forced to move due to the error two (2) days before our trip was to be concluded to a spot that was to small for our trailer. Very disappointed...

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
