Rocky Creek Campground in Burleson county is located 44 min southwest of College Station, TX with an elevation of 271 feet. There are a total of 192 campsites. The campground is open all year. 154 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 40 and 111 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. 184 sites have electric and water hookups. 4 sites have electric hookups. Fees range from $26.00 to $125.00. Some amenities include shower, dump station, boat ramp. Activities include boating, fishing, floating sports.

Loved how many trees there were. Enjoyed watching the wildlife. Site was well maintained. Staff was courteous. We look forward to coming back.

Nice site on the lake which easy access to the water close to Brenham. We always stay here and make a daytime visit to downtown Brenham to eat the best club sandwich I have ever had at 30 North followed by a stroll through down town and a stop off at Ballard of the Bird Dog for a coffees, milkshakes for the kids, and of course to see Mac, Rye, and Ruby!

Unfortunately my husband back into one of the many stumps that are located on numerous sites, causing a couple of thousand dollars of damage

There were fire ants everyone supposed to pest control. No soap or tissue on restrooms.

We had a great time! The sunsets were beautiful. We even had two bald eagles sitting on a pole above our campsite for morning rest. American Freedom! We will be back again soon.

Had a great time and the gate attendants Mark and his wife were awesome. They were always roaming the park and informing us about any issues such as a main water leak and a short power outage. They kept us aware at all times and of the progress of the work. Kudos to them.

This was our first time here and it exceeded my expectations. My three boys loved the site we had next to the lake. They spent so much time on the beach. We also brought our boat and the boat ramp was easily accessible with a nice courtesy dock. There were some rowdy people at another site, they did not get shut down after quiet hours started. The lake water was cool and was murkier than most lakes weve been too. Overall, it was great and we would come back again. We were at Site 64, in a tent.

Was an absolutely amazing spot nice and clean and right by the water but would reccomend water shoes and a mat since there is a rock wall you enter on to get into the water

The grass is always so high that you have to bring your own mower.

Rocky Creek park on Somerville is a very nice place to camp in an RV. I would rate it excellent except for the following items:Dump station entry is on wrong side of camper. Easy to fix by adding dump port on other side of loop.Grass needed mowing bad and was full of sticker burrs.Fire ants are out of control.

This was our first time and we enjoyed it. The only thing I have complaints about was that our spot was the only spot not moved and it affected my allergies with the grass/weeds being overgrown. I desire to rebook.

We love this park. Most of the sites have easy access to the water. Numerous sites have good shade, but several don't, so make sure to check ahead to see what the site looks like before you reserve.

Great park. Love the openness and the ease of access to the water. I do wish the park was mowed more often. Also several locks and latches in the restrooms do not work and nobody seems interested in repairing them. Minor stuff but love the park and will continues coming back
