Cages Bend Campground, Gallatin, TN

Cages Bend Campground in Sumner county is located just 14 min east of Hendersonville, TN with an elevation of 479 feet. There are a total of 43 campsites. The campground is normally open from the beginning of April to the end of October. 42 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 25 and 50 feet. All sites are currently reservable. 42 sites have electric and water hookups. Fees range from $30.00 to $35.00.

Cages Bend is a beautiful and well maintained campground with a fantastic Campground Host! We have visited this campground for 19 years and have stayed in nearly every site! There is no "bad view" from any of them!

We had a wonderful campsite on the lake. Great views, spacious campsite, level concrete pad for the camper. If you have a kayak perfect place to put in steps from your site. The bathhouse was clean, but needs a serious update. At the very least repainted.

Beautiful park. Bathrooms are older dont like the shower having only one divider but over all it is a beautiful park with very nice sites. We would love to see a hiking trail somewhere. Maybe along the waters edge. Even if its just a half mile or so. We would volunteer to help.

The Lady who runs it is the most rude, disrespectful and crass person I have ever met in a professional role. She embarrassed me, yelled at me and then was incredibly demeaning towards me and I will never be back.

Cages Bend is excellent! The grounds are meticulously kept, the campsites are spacious and the view of the lake cannot be beat. 10/10 would recommend.

Every time we come here we are very pleased. This site was really easy to back in to, and was in very good condition upon our arrival (freshly raked). We had a great view of the water and had the added benefit of being able to watch boaters backing their trailers on the boat ramp on the back side of us :). We will be back next year!

We stayed at the campground which was very nice. Lots of trees and viewing the lake was nice even though we didnt have a lake front site. However the bath house was horrible! I honestly would return to Cages Bend, but cant because the showers looked like something was going to crawl out on me! They need a major renovation and updating! If you depend on a bath house Id pass on this campgound.

Be cautious about which spot you choose. Some have concrete walls that interfere with your steps. Also there is no gravel,just cinder Its a mess when it rains. Also our site wasnt cleaned very well, look like the leaves and stuff was blown to a corner.

Nice and quiet campground on the lake. Roads getting in are a little narrow with some low hanging trees, but we loved the CG

This campground is neglected compared to others near by. Some things have been done but not up to par with lock A,seven points , defeated creek and others.

It's a quiet little campground. There's not a lot to do other than enjoy the peace and quiet, but that was more than fine with us. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the other campers were also friendly. The bathrooms were reasonably clean. We have Verizon 5G, but cell signal was spotty, even though neighborhoods start dotting the area starting only a mile or so away. It was wonderful overall.
